Tacos are excellent. Service is GARBAGE - slow, inaccurate, and rude.
The last several times I’ve gone for taco Tuesday, they’ve screwed up mine and my teams order. We have done taco Tuesday with them at the office a lot. But as of recently, any “customer service” they had, is no longer.
Last week was the final time I’ll ever go and I’m the one to pick up for my team so that’s 3-7 orders a week they’re losing. We ordered over the phone, which is often a very RUSHED conversation topped with some serious attitude. I got there and they’d gotten the taco orders right (first time in at least 3 weeks) BUT they forgot the guacamole and two Jarritos. So I asked them to add it. It wasn’t until I got back to the office before I realized they forgot one of the Jarritos ($2.50 each) and the guacamole ($7.50 - FAR too expensive to begin with). So we ate our lunch because by the time I drove back to correct it, wait at least 15 minutes for them - because they’re ALWAYS SLOW - and then got back to the office, our food would be cold. So we ate....and I went back after....
When I got back, I pulled up at the drive thru because I hoped it would be faster and I needed to get back to work. I waited at the window for 5 minutes with several employees walking by and seeing me before I started to get frustrated and honked the horn to get their attention. 10 minutes after sitting there, finally someone came. He asked what I needed and I explained the situation and presented the receipt. He stared at it for a moment and questioned me. Then he pulled Adriana over (the employee that is always full of attitude and rushing customers, and getting orders wrong) to help me. I repeated the issue to her and she left, then came back with $7.50 for the missing guacamole. She started to shut the window and I said “wait, you still owe me $2.50 for the missing Jarritos” ($5 for two on the receipt - you do the math). She came back with $2 and as soon as I grabbed it, she said “for the Jarritos, it’s $2!” And then slammed the window shut on me. It’s 50 cents short, which wouldn’t matter if the service wasn’t already a complete joke. I won’t...
Read moreNote: I just found this out. If you have been having trouble with taco del Sol and then opted to order a breakfast burrito from Sunny and Fines….. guess what?? They’re the same. Cross- check the address. This is why the orders are bad from both places and why neither one can read the order notes. It’s because they’re the same.
ORIGINAL POST: Honestly, trying to eat the burrito I ordered made me want to vomit. It’s so disgusting to have ALL of the sour cream and ALL of the guacamole in one giant glob at one end of the burrito. Several bites were nothing but sour cream and there was nowhere to go from there; I had to waste part of the burrito to get down to the rest. And the rest of the burrito is dry, of course. How much effort does it take to not do this? The lack effort in the kitchen is not promising. It’s so gross.

Waste of time. Sunday morning around 8:30 AM I ordered one single breakfast burrito with bacon in it. My only request was no green sauce as I cannot eat green sauce. I requested no green sauce, only red sauce twice in the notes hoping that they would see it. But no.
I should note 1st that this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I gave them feedback on the first burrito when they did not read the notes and they sent me a five dollar voucher so that I would order from them again. I did and they made the same exact mistake the second time. Nobody is reading the notes. On top of it potatoes are burned and the eggs taste fake. So I try to eat burned potatoes with fake egg and no sauce because they refuse to read the notes, but cannot. It’s that bad with no salsa. If I did not have the Uber eats pass and without that five dollar promotion this garbage would’ve been over $20 to eat. Don’t waste your time with this place. The food is low quality and they don’t even bother to read the notes. It’s an absolute waste of time and money. Management needs to address these reviews that are telling them exactly what...

Normally I would rate this place much higher due to their food being really good and their staff being friendly. I came here on my lunch break 6/7/19 1030p and was already expecting a line in the drive thru. This is nothing new as I usually wait 5-7 minutes, no big deal. Tonight, though there were about 4 cars ahead of me and one behind, so I was pretty committed at this point. I ordered my food and waited……and waited….and waited. The SUV 2 cars ahead ended up in a conversation that resulted in no food and they drove away. After about 30 minutes of waiting it was finally my turn and the lady in the drive thru opened the window and asked what I ordered- Shouldn’t you know this? Isn’t it your job to keep track of this? I ended up back at work 15 minutes late and didn’t get to eat☹ I don’t normally post complaining reviews, but I feel like I need to let the people who run this place that their night staff needs to get their s**t together. There was never an apology for the wait and I feel like the woman in the drive thru was less than friendly. I’m not putting this place on blast to dissuade customers from eating here (again, their food is really good, which is why I stayed in line even when I got an opportunity of leaving), I’m making the point that people in customer service need to act and think about the customer, after all if there is no us, there is no you! Please read your reviews as I am not the only complaining about...
