Jamba — Restaurant in Tigard

When ever I go to this Jamba Juice they always confuse my order last time some cashier (he was new you could tell) gave me and my friend a medium Jamba when I specifically told him 5 times to order both smalls. Not only that but after words I told the juice maker that I ordered a small not a medium and she rolled her eyes at me and said "Well now you have a medium!" In a rude tone. I told her that I wanted to receive the change back for a small and she pounded the keys and shoved the change to me. Then my other order was a medium too but at this point I did not wanna deal with this rude lady and just left. Then the last time I went there I asked for a Jamba mango tango from the underground menu and when I received it it was not even the same tasting drink! It tasted like a bunch of lime ice cream and some strawberry chunks mushed together . It tasted nothing like the drink that I normally ordered, other wise it's a...

This was my first time at a Jamba Juice in over a decade, and I was so wowed that I had to come and gush about it. I’ve gotten so accustomed to lackluster service and barely awake team members in these types of places that the energy and enthusiasm here really took me by surprise.

My friend and I were promptly welcomed, and the vibes remained a 10/10 the whole time. Unsure of what to get, I took the recommendation of Ashley, who cheerfully rang me up and assured me that if I didn’t like it (some sort of peachy lemonade with protein boost), I could choose something else. I would never, but what a generous offer! When the equally joyful team member who made the smoothie handed it off, she reiterated that if I was unhappy with the drink, making a new one would be no problem. What service!!!! And what FLAVOR! I took one sip and was absolutely in LOVE....

This is my most often frequented Jamba Juice shop, simply because it is close to where I reside. The staff are always competent and welcoming. Since it's in Washington Square Mall, then I sometimes like to buy my smoothie here and then find a nice place to hang out and slowly enjoy eating it. I will be back soon (like every week if I can help it). [Update 3/27/2023] It is TOTALLY worth it to buy their drink container since it locks you into a perpetual 10% discount for every drink ordered thereafter. I happened to buy mine around the time of my birthday, at the Eugene Valley River Center Mall, a nice shiny metal gold-colored one. I believe that if you buy yours on a Monday, then you will get a discount on buying the container itself... Best to ask the store, and then just go there on the right day to buy yours. The current ones are colorful but...
