We waited a bit after this restaurant opened to let them work the kinks out before trying it. People that go right away and expect everything to be perfect are ridiculous. We came in for dinner on a Wednesday about 6:00. The parking lot looked pretty full so we expected a bit of a wait. NOPE! Walked in to an empty waiting area, greeted quickly, asked about our drink choice, and seated within 2 minutes. The layout of the hot and cold food bar was pretty large and conveniently located in the center of all of the seating areas. The full parking lot was not apparent inside, there is a lot of well organized seating, with several little room areas dividing up the overall restaurant. I decided to start with the sushi bar. I am not a huge fan of premade sushi and have high expectations of fresh, non fishy smelling or tasting fish, especially when consuming it raw. I took one of each piece of sushi,(not the vegetable roll or cream cheese roll, pretty hard to mess those up and not may fav). All were good and I really enjoyed getting to try the eel roll without having to commit to an entire roll by myself (hubs won't go near those). The volcano roll was really good considering it was chilled and it is typically served hot. I had barely finished with the last piece and a server came by to whisk my dirty plate off the table. The servers all appeared to be very quick on cleaning up the used plates. I then decided to check out the rest of the bar scene. Salad bar with the usual options, all appearing very fresh and well presented. The bar contained some standard hot bar fare, pizza, soups, and a good number of Asian options. The pork pot stickers were exceptionally good, be sure to get some of the chili sauce. We finished up our meal with desert which hubs made a sampler type of plate for the two of us. The desert options were different types of cake, fruit, ice cream cups, and pudding. A nice finish to a pretty decent meal. For a buffet restaurant, the staff appeared to be constantly cleaning and restocking the food, which was nice to see. This is one that we will return to in the future

I do not do this. This is a rarity for me. I know that there are a lot of reviews about the new establishment in Titusville, Chow's Country Buffet. Well, anytime that I have been, my experience has been exceptional. However, I'm not there for the "all I can eat." I am there for what they have available that I can eat without issue, which is mainly vegetarian. Their buffet options are always to peak for choices that I personally can choose from. What I see when I am here, are families enjoying their time. The employees have always been attentive, and there have been no complaints to be heard. I am thankful for their presence in my city and hope that there are more than a few who feel the same way. If you haven't tried them out, I recommend giving them a try. They have a wide variety of options to choose from, and you will find that from the pickiest of eaters to the sensitive of stomachs, you can find something here to enjoy. Lunch price runs $11.99 with $2.99 for beverages with unlimited refills. Dinner is runs from $6.99-$16.49. * Kid (3-6): $6.99 * Kid (7-8): $9.99 * Kid (9-11): $12.99 * Senior/Military: $15.49 * Regular Adult: $16.49 And yes, I really like the mushrooms.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because the food was hot and fresh, the selection was vast, and service was great. Only some personal criticism points I have. I didn’t think the fried rice was traditional Chinese rice. Looked like white rice fried with nothing added. Hoping they change that. They didn’t have wonton soup. Thought that was odd. But did have four other soups. Egg drop was great and very hot. Also would love to see them add Chinese restaurant style ribs, not just the American style bbq. We enjoyed the place. They didn’t an awesome job with remodeling the building. They will do well. Try them out. You will not leave hungry! Has lots of tables. Weekends have more selections, lunch during the week is cheaper but smaller selection. Parking may be an issue but remember you can park at the target shopping center and just walk through the bushes. Little cut through :)

BE CAREFUL with your bill, pay close attention to avoid double tipping !!! I’m sure I’m not alone in this—has anyone else noticed how common it’s becoming for Chow’s Country buffet restaurant to sneak in an automatic tip without telling you? It’s beyond frustrating, and it honestly feels very deceptive. Far too often, people end up unknowingly tipping double, and the worst part is that the waitress doesn’t even bother to inform us, even though she knows it’s happening far too often and that it’s wrong.

There really should be a law requiring businesses to make it clear when a tip is already included. I’m all for tipping well when it’s deserved, but I also believe in transparency. Customers shouldn’t have to comb through their receipts just to avoid being taken advantage of. If you’re already paying a service charge, you deserve to know before you end up tipping twice.

Business that keeps this hidden need to be held accountable. At the very least, it should be standard practice to clearly inform customers upfront or posted signs so we can make an informed decision.

Later I realized that I made a mistake on double tipping. I called in the Chow’s Country Buffet restaurant speaking to Tom as a manager explaining the situation. He appeared understanding the mistakenly double tipping situation, he promptly credited it back as...

The employees especially the waitress was the worst experience we ever had Normally when you go to a buffet to come and pick up your dishes the waitress was not having that my sister had ribs and she took the ribs and put them aside knock on her plate and the waitress actually turned around and said to me you need to pick that up yourself I will not do it she basically said you do it you pick it up put it in the plate I could barely understand her her English was terrible I said can you please speak English I don't understand you you actually want me to pick up food and clean up for you and she said yes you pick up then she actually walked away from us and I kept on waving the come pick up the plates so we could have room at the table she totally ignored me then we walked up for the second round to go get dessert and she took all our drinks and food away clean up the table meaning the bus boy did this continuously says sir tell me to do this she pretended like they were all done she took our drinks away then we had a scene of the manager coming and saying that we will look into this and look at the cameras is it go ahead please do you will see that your waitress is very rude they basically came...
