Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toledo

The worst “fast” food experience. We went through the drive through to order 4 wraps. We were told the wraps would take time, we told them we had 10 minutes to wait and they assured us that it would not be more than 10 minutes. We then waited 20 minutes in the parking lot, went in to check on the food and were shoo’ed out being told “the food was coming out of the oven now.” 10 more minutes later, we went in again to demand a refund. We were told we could be refunded but would not get our food. We go to this location at least once a week as it’s convenient but we will never go back. It’s crazy how horrible the customer service is. The wraps weren’t even ready 30 minutes after - talk about fast food!! We could have gone to a restaurant to sit down if the employee would have been honest and told us it wouldn’t have been ready...

Idk, Tim Hortons started going down a long time ago. Their coffee is nasty and tasteless, their hashbrowns became the worse when they switched to the ones they have down and started microwaving them. Their donuts are amazing still but if you're not there early than they are usually sold out of any that are good. Ive also tried the meatless food and its all bland. Nothing that makes me want to choose their food over BK. I must say though, they're staff is almost always very professional, friendly and courteous. The stores are normally clean enough to feel comfortable eating there and using the restrooms. The staff and donuts are what allows this place to be 3 stars instead of 2. I work right across the street from these guys eat there food a lot and never can they get my food right ever! Like ever I had to go through the drive thru twice for a bagel that they got.wrong three times! Idk seems pretty easy for an everything bagel.toasted and nothing on it but putting cream cheese on it the first time then having to go back for them to give it to me with butter then go back through the line to give me the wrong bagel to finally get what I asked for.
