We order dominos every Friday usually. We never had an issue until maybe 2 months ago. We only called when they would forget our sauce with boneless chicken until our pizza was messed up. They were EXTREMELY RUDE. Told us they could credit our order or they could bring us a new one. We said they could just credit because our kids were extremely hungry and I didn’t want them to have to wait any longer so I was just gonna make PB&J or something. Well they told us they could only credit $5 on a $12 pizza. We said no that we paid more and they said that’s all we could do, with a really snarky tone and then it just went down from there. We told them just to bring a new one then, and they were very rude and had asked us to wait for a manager. Forget me if I’m wrong but doesn’t dominos have a commercial that says if anything’s wrong from the pizza to sauces to drinks etc that no questions asked will bring a replacement? So the manager got on the phone, attitude wasn’t any better and we were keeping our cool as I don’t like confrontation. He asked if we had ate any of the pizza yet, I assured him we didn’t and he replied with “well we will need the pizza back and it cannot be more then half gone”. We were completely blindsided as covid is going around and thought that wasn’t the most sanitary, but I degreas. So we said that was fine and before we hung up the manager said “we will get it to you when we can we are really busy”. Then hung up. We have had so many issues since then it’s not even funny. I’ve written to corporate and the store surgery’s and have not heard anything back. It used to be a really good store we have been ordering from here for 2 years but since summer it’s gone downhill. I’m gonna give them one more chance then I’m gonna start ordering from mikes pizza. There pizza is DELICIOUS and have...
Read moreI haven't ordered in quite awhile. Several months. I've NEVER had a problem with the food itself. And there were times I did get my order timely. The final straw was when their manager refused to make things right with me since i was a repeat loyal customer. As a matter of fact their manager ALWAYS sided with the store staff instead of the customer complaints. I was a regular customer and always tipped $2-$3 on top of the $4.99 delivery fee. The reason I'm Just now submitting this review I was just reading other pizza locations ratings and this Dominos store on airport highway was the worst. And I decided why not let other customers know what i experienced. I've had VERY BAD experiences myself. One time I didn't get my order until the next day. I had paid with a credit card. They said they were short staffed. Two different other times I had to call other Dominos locations to have their manager try to find out where my order was, or to give me back my money since I used a credit card (which is a HORRIBLE mistake). NEVER use a debit/credit card with them because you WILL NOT get your money back if something happens. They have NUMEROUS times were late with my order. I have no problem waiting 45mins but a hour to a hour and a half is ridiculous! I'm a retired truck driver and have lived in many places and NEVER had a problem with Dominos. I've even lived in Perrysburg and didn't have a problem with Woodville Rd location delivering to me. FOLKS I WARN ⚠️ YOU TO PLEASE NOT ORDER FROM THE AIRPORT HIGHWAY LOCATION! AND PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR REVIEW RATINGS..WE ARE NOT LYING! AND AS YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE "NOT" ACKNOWLEDGING ANY OF THE REVIEWS HERE..ORDER AT...
Read moreGoing to give this Domino's 5 stars with a couple items that could be improved. I had what I felt was a major concern towards their ordering process that I brought to the attention of the general manager. After some discussion, the manager was more than willing and happy to make the situation right. Despite the ordering process, the food is superb. I'm not entirely sure what they do different from other Domino's, but the flavor of what we used to believe was moldy bread is no longer in our mentality. Even in this moment, I'm craving specifically Domino's pizza. If I were to base my review solely on customer service alone, this particular store would receive only 2 stars. Being somewhat new to the area, I try to avoid Toledo as much as possible due to the upward trend of disrespect. Hearing staff use vulgar language in the presence of customers made my stomach turn. Does everyone cuss? Sure. But the amount of unhappiness that lives on the employee's faces during productivity provides a sense of hidden toxicity in the workplace. While the staff is very friendly when dealing with you directly, I suddenly felt like I was inside of a low-scaled McDonald's and somebody was about to start a fight. Finally, the staff needs a little more training on how to help a customer when ordering online. Just because the promotions are different, doesn't mean the customer can't select pay at store. So simply being charged extra when unnecessary was not acceptable nor appropriate. In conclusion, this Domino's is fantastic as long as you don't go inside. I think a little more attention and motivation to the overworked staff is necessary and would absolutely help...
