Completely honest opinion: Worst service I've ever had. 20 minutes to get WATER. 35 minutes total to be left PISSED and WITHOUT FOOD. My friend Kayla and I went out on a Friday night looking for something to eat after work (11 pm). Trotter's was still open so we went there. We sat and ordered food at the bar. The bartender was pretty friendly. While we waited for our food we enjoyed the live music and watched the 50 year old drunk women dance, but we were never asked for a drink order. Realizing how thirsty we were after 20 minutes of sitting, we flagged down the bartender and finally got some water. Another 15 minutes passed and we were starting to wonder where our food was. Working in the restaurant industry, Kayla and I both know how long it takes to make mediocre bar food. So, we asked the bartender how much longer she thought our food would take, and she told us the kitchen was closed. I'M SORRY, WHAT? She didn't know how long the kitchen had even been closed. She took our food order and left us to sit and wait for 35 minutes. We wouldn't have even had water to drink if we didn't ask her. She probably would've let us sit there the rest of the night without food or drinks. Needless to say, DO NOT GO TO TROTTERS LOOKING FOR A LATE NIGHT SNACK OR GOOD SERVICE BECAUSE THEY OFFER NEITHER OF THOSE THINGS. Thank God for Paddy Jacks. That's all I've got to...

We come here all the time, last night we got three large pizzas (2 pepperoni and a bacon onion and pepperoni, they brought ALL of them out, correctly just wrong size). We let them know that we ordered them in a large size, so came in and paid the difference. Got the pepperonis and they sent the third one with sausage. We said we didn’t order the sausage one. They went to the back. Manager or someone came out and argued with us that we did in fact order sausage? None of us have ever ordered or wanted to ever order sausage. Said we can’t get any pizza and didn’t even refund us for the third pizza, yet still took it away. The first small pizza was correct just wrong size!! So no we did not order sausage. Might be a “dramatic” take, but still bad service for people that love...

Stopped in for a quick bite on Wednesday and was given several dirty looks from multiple customers and staff. I know I’m not a regular customer but thought I’d give it a shot after hearing a few good things. Sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes before even being acknowledged and was rushed to give my drink order. Again, I understand I’m not a regular but cmon that’s just ridiculous. So after not feeling the vibe and realizing I was just some nobody I quickly just ordered a water and my food Togo. Ordered five wings hot with blue cheese and the deviled eggs. The wings weren’t bad for being bar wings but the deviled eggs that I’ve heard so much about were extremely overcooked and felt like I was chewing on a bouncy ball. Thoroughly dissatisfied.
