Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

The Workers, could be a little Friendlier. People with Little Hands, Ought not be in charge of putting on Items, As the cheese on the cheese bread, was in the Middle and Very Little. The pizzas themselves, were made exactly as I ordered, except for All Over Roma Seasoning, and the Chicken was WARM NOT HOT‼️💯 Maybe I'm just used to the Old Workers, Who knew what they were doing ⁉️💯 The Delivery Driver, was ok,... Bottom Line::: When a Customer, places an Order, follow the Order the Customer Placed. The Employee is there to Represent Marcos Pizza NOT Themselves 🤗 The Delivery Driver, Ought to have LISTENED to the Customer, Who gave Exact Directions! And WHY Was the Food WARM and Not Hot ⁉️💯

I was a Faithful Customer The key word here is:: Was‼️💯 I'll go to Guys Pizza on Star, in East Toledo! They are Worth the Drive, even in Rain Snow and Stormy Weather! Family Owned and Operated, and I Receive Exactly what I Order, and The Food is Exceptional ‼️💯😋 I ordered Garlic Cheese Bread, I Received Real Garlic, Smothered in Cheese on Bread‼️💯 The Mega Order, is $14.95 and You get 40, pieces of Garlic Cheese Bread! If I wanted Seasoning all over, They Season it from, Corner to Corner‼️💯 I don't have pics, You'll have to Google them...

Ordering from this store turned out to be an all around scary experience! For privacy reasons, and out of common decency, I redacted the contact information for the other Marco's customer whose order we received. The order that was supposed to be delivered here was a COD (cash on delivery) order. According to the receipt, the order that was actually delivered was placed with a credit card. Yet the delivery driver collected cash and was gone faster than the front door could be closed and the mistake realized, a matter of seconds.

A call to the store saw the correct order redelivered with zero hassle faster than the incorrect order got here. Marco's gets an "A" for that part. But I wonder how the person whose order we received would feel about the fact that there was so much personal information on their receipt that I could call them up, or even walk straight up to their front door a block away, and ask them about their customer service experience. And it also begs the question of where my order ended up and who out there now has my name, address, and phone number. So like I said, a...

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PIZZA HERE! Not only are they ride but the manager doesn’t even know the difference between the owner and a driver. SMH! I ordered a pizza online and it says I added pepperoni yet what I got was a cheese pizza when I called the manager to get it corrected he was rude and told me that it did not have pepperoni and he could get me another but would have to charge me, I offered to take back the cheese pizza (I was not looking for any freebies) and he said ok, I had to hang up because I had a patient, when I called back I let him know I would be there soon and would just like a refund and he said ok. I get there and that’s not what happened he told me he could not do a refund and I could talk to the owner he then pointed me to a gentleman who said he was just a driver and his brother was the owner! REALLY?!?!? Not only was the manager not man enough to talk to a woman about this situation but he then lied to me about who that guy was then they both decided to argue with me rather than helping me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE...
