FULL HOUSE CHINESE RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Toms River

They don’t even deserve the one star. First of all, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this restaurant. From the delivery driver YELLING at my grandfather for a $20 tip to always getting my order wrong. Me and my family order from here all the time and they always mess up our order, when I call to report mistakes it’s always an excuse on behalf of the staff. It’s bad enough I tried to give them a chance after catching the delivery driver SCREAMING AT MY GRANDFATHER FOR A $20 tip because he “doesn’t get paid much” and even trying the same thing with my fiancé. The food is decent Chinese food but do NOT expect good service, because I’ve called and complained so many times for them to never have a solution for me and my family. As a health care worker, I do not want to come home after a 16 hour shift and my order is wrong EVERY TIME. Even today, my grandfather tried to place our order and the woman who answered the phone hung up right in his face and would not take his order for NO REASON. I had to call off MY CELL PHONE. Worse service ever! We called and placed order for delivery. At the time of order, there was no mention of any kind of delays.

After an hour of waiting for our food (our place is 2.7 miles away), we called to find out about our order. First, I had to call 3 times because each tube they picked up the phone and hung up. On the 3rd try, they answered. The woman said they were busy and it would be longer for our food to get delivered. I asked how much longer and they couldn’t provide an ETA. Just kept repeating they were busy and it would take a long time. Then she asked if we could just pick it up. I asked if we couldn’t, how much longer. She kept saying it would take long time. I said if she had told me an hour ago or at least had called me earlier to ask, it would’ve been better. We felt like we had no choice after waiting for it for almost 1 1/2 hours, so we bundled up the kids, got them all in the car and picked up our food. Unfortunately did not have anymore cash on me, my bill for delivery was $62.48, I gave the delivery driver $65 and was told how cheap I was and they would never come back! Not a good strategy on keeping long time customers that normally are prepared and tip them very well. I been meaning to try that other Chinese food place on Fisher Blvd. Also I see the delivery driver tried bullying someone else for a tip. I no longer patron full house, I go elsewhere.
