However, it’s disappointing that they mentioned a refund without following through, especially since I never requested one. It’s been two weeks and still no refund has been received. I came in at 3/29/24 at 8:50pm. I was unaware that this places closed at 9pm because I’m new to the area. My fiancé and I were passing through and decided to stop there for food. I went in to get my food and the young girl was very rude. She quickly made my sandwich and threw it at me. I told her that she didn’t have to throw my sandwich and she said I didn’t have to come in three minutes before they closed. I then proceeded to leave the store and told her to forget about the order. As I was walking out she turned the store lights off and Was yelling telling her coworkers what just happened. Another location that doesn't include what you're paying for. Got a #6 Roast Beef with Provolone. Everything about it was good however, there was ONE paper thin slice of cheese. If you're going to charge $11 for a half of a sub, at least put enough of the product on the sandwich. Of course, I have reviewed other locations, and negative feedback always falls on deaf ears, so I don't know why I continue to go to Jersey Mike's. The Howell New Jersey location is spectacular and always has been. It is the only location that gives you what you pay for. Legit, 15 cents of cheese.
