It was a little disappointing. I had a gift card so I decided to use it for a grill chicken sandwich. I told the girl I wanted lettuce, tomato, just no mayonnaise. My mom ordered the same too. When we got our sandwiches. It was just lettuce with chicken. The girl was going around asking how people's meals were but skipped our table. I finally approached her to tell her they should put a sign up because I would have ordered something different. She said she would talk to the manager. I waited. I saw a man come and start wiping tables, but he did not say anything to us so again I approached the girl to ask who was the manager. She pointed at the man cleaning tables. I them told him about my situation. He apologized and said the trucks did not deliver tomatoes. Which ok I get it, but let your customers know what they are truly buying, because I paid full price for no tomatoes. They should at least, give a discount. These fast food places want you to be understanding about paying full price and settle for less, but those of us who are still working, working hard for our money, and what we buy...is actually what we want to get. Be honest with the customer and give a price reduction. The manager did give me a food card (after I had to approach HIM) and the girl did apologize as we left which I commend them for that, but let's just keep it real, be honest and please don't charge us for what we are NOT getting. Because in the end the CEOs are making big profits and are getting away with not supplying us with the full meal deal.They don't care, because their profits remain the same...we are suckers for paying the price of something we are NOT getting and they don't...
Read moreFor at least the last month I ‘ve been going here off and on order salads with two packs of dressing for each salad. Up until today, there has not been any problems and I have been pleased with the service that I received. Today Steve (I believe the manager) claimed that they are only allowed to give one pack of dressing for each of those big salads. So, I tried to purchase extra dressing and was denied. In addition, I was not even told this until I checked my bag and seen that I did not have all the dressing that I requested. The main problem I have with this is, I just spent almost $45 dollars on three salads and three peach shakes, and I could not get or purchase extra dressing. I was beside myself! Not only that, the employees that have been taking my order apparently weren’t aware of this and neither was the young lady that tried to get me all of the dressings that was printed on my order receipt. I guess Steve realized that I was not going to give up on the issue and decided to give me the dressing. Read moreCame here for a quick bite to eat with my daughter and husband and i understand being busy and everything but we order two frozen lemonades and they both tasted like key lime pie we also got the 12 count chicken bites that were midway cooked as we approached the window I had noticed that the person working the window sat the drinks out the window with the food as we were the second car in line I seen this happen so as we got to the window I asked was there any lids that could have been placed over the cup due to them just placing them in the window with dom lids the young lady working the window stated that she couldn’t hear me so she asked her coworker what I said due to her standing right there she wiped her nose with her hands and so i spoke up and repeated myself for the young lady at the window the girl with the braid proceeded to turn around with a nasty attitude and stated “if it was to happen we will just make you another one and rolled her eyes I don’t know if there was a manger at this time or not “5:30-6:00pm” To be talked to like that from some kids is not cool the customer service is off and I will never come back to...
