I was so excited for Dutch Bros to come to Topeka since I’m a 7Brew person and I love coffee and different types of energy drinks. The first time, I visited I got the picture perfect which was delicious but I left 1 hour before I had to be to work and was almost late to work after waiting in line for 30 minutes and still had a 20 minute drive to work from your location. Granted, I knew they were going to be busy because they’re brand new. Next, I tried an energy drink and all I tasted was Red Bull like I was just drinking a red bull straight. I visited again this morning and got the snickerdoodle which is again very good but the golden eagle I got for my boyfriend taste like sugar milk with no flavor. Your workers are semi nice but none of them act like they want to be there or positive about training. Another thing I don’t understand is why your workers taking orders on the iPad will bounce back and forth between the lines when there is already 2 people taking orders on one side so that leaves nobody taking orders on the other line. Especially when your workers don’t let the cars know what car they’re behind. Because then my coffee is sitting up there already done because people want to be slow and cut you off or people want to let others in when they ordered after you. So you’re stuck there waiting forever for coffee because people want to go ahead of you when they ordered way after you. Especially sucks when you order through mobile. If anything you should’ve made the 2nd line for mobile orders that pass through or created the two lines entirely to the window like 7 brew. Because this is irritating. Read moreI was very disappointed my first time going here and they had two lines but 1 person taking orders. It was a bit confusing but most people were in the first line so I followed suit. When it was finally my turn someone came flying up in the second lane and the girl walked over to that car even though we had been waiting for a while. After attempting to get her attention she took the other cars order who did not wait at all then when I said something to the lead they said that's their policy. I stated if you only have one person to take orders why not close the other line and have one line to take orders that makes no sense.
