This was probably the worst sandwich shop I’ve ever been in. I’ve never been but had a coupon so I thought why not? I regret going. First off I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all when I got in and had no idea what to do. I waited for a few minutes and finally someone addressed me. He literally said “what do you want?” Very unprofessional. I looked at the menue online before so I told him #3 and #13. I’m vegetarian and he started cutting my veggies and cheese on the slicer that clearly hadn’t been cleaned all day. I asked the employee to clean the slicer first, because I don’t eat meat and there were thick slices of old and fresh meat on my sandwich. Even if I did eat meat I would’ve asked him to clean it! He ROLLED his eyes at me and told me “well that’ll take a minute.” Said nothing else, and started helping the next person in line. After he started helping the third customer behind me I sat down, clearly upset as he was just ignoring me at this point. After the fourth customer he began to clean the slicer. After another 6 minutes of waiting he finally began on my sandwich again and I couldn’t help but notice he didn’t take the sticker off of the bell pepper before he started slicing it. It was just great tearing apart my sandwich at home so I wouldn’t eat the sticker. There was another employee there that I was going to talk to about his behavior but when I started talking to her I realized there was no use because she was just as rude as the first guy! I had my coupon pulled up and she grabbed my phone out of my hands without asking. It took her at least three minutes to type the code in and the register wasn’t working. I’ll never go here again. I honestly hate being “that customer” but I’ve worked at Jason’s Deli for three years and I’d never imagine treated customers this way or even thinking about serving a sandwich at such...
Read moreI am currently 6 months pregnant and went in for lunch. I asked the young lady behind the counter if my deli meat could be heated up on the grill (during pregnancy you have to be cautious with cold meat due to listeria) I was told no because the grill was full and she couldn’t put uncooked meat on the grill. Fair enough, other people are waiting for hot sandwiches. I’ve never had an issue with my meat being heated up on the grill in the past- so I tried the next best thing- to be heated up in the microwave. I got an eye roll and “I guess”. Someone needs to sit her down and teach her how to talk with other humans while representing a company, especially when it comes to pregnant women. I love Jersey Mike’s but I will NOT be going to this...
Read moreOrdered online and paid online. App said order would be ready in 45 minutes. Arrived at store 45 minutes after ordering, stood in line for 5 minutes before finally asking the person making the sandwiches if our online order was ready. She told me she "can only work so fast." Then started slamming equipment around as she prepared the sandwiches and cooked on the grill. 10 minutes later our sandwiches were ready while five people waited in line for their orders to be prepared. There were two people working, a girl preparing sandwiches and a really angry girl running the grill. Sandwiches were very tasty however the one worker appears to need a job where she doesn't work...
