Dunkin' — Restaurant in Torrington

Today i went in and i always get tge same coffee they know me very well. I got a iced coffee left and it was decent but i spilt it i went back for another the employee asked me if i wa getting my coffee i said yes which i always get black and do cream myself. I get home and one sip made me nauseous they put extra extra sweetened flavoring in now i had walk back this time in frigid windy weather. I get there and by this point i no longer wanted my iced coffee so i was going to ask for a refund instead. They said give her another on the house. But i dont understand how its on the house when i paid for it. And i didnt want it now because i had to walk across town in frigid temps. To top it off they made it the exact same way that i complained about. So needless to say im very upset about the service today. I am not a coffee drinker and went through the drive thru for my sister. Her order was a large coffee, French Vanilla, 4 sugars, 8 creams... They asked me, if I had a cup. I was like, do I need one? They were, yes, if you need a refill? I said it was a new order? The window person was clueless and another person had to step forward as the previous one had an emotional breakdown. I repeated the order and the new person said okay. I did not find out until my sister went to drink her coffee, it was totally wrong. Placed an app order and my husband picked it up. When he got home I noticed one of the coffees was not the correct size. Called the store to ask if I could pop in tomorrow to get the correct one made since I didn't get what was ordered and paid for. I was told I could only come when the employee went in to work tomorrow, come back now or when the manager was there. That's just absolutely ridiculous that I couldn't just stop in when I was out running errands tomorrow to have the mistake corrected. Luckily I never stop at this Dunkin and now I...
