My family decided to stop at your Amherst location, to pick up dinner in the Take out section, We purchased A, Alfredo chicken dinner dish, A pizza Stromboli, and some chicken fajitas, with some Cinnamon rolls. What A mistake, I have to say, never Again, The Question is ,Was this even Edible? The Chicken Alfredo, Had Hardly Any Cream, I had to put two cups of milk in it to try to even stir the sold Hard congealed Glob, not to mention after ,we tried to fix it the taste was just completely Disgusting, not even my dog wanted some, unfortunately, has no Flavor,and it ended up cooling ,After it was cooked still Dry!!! Unreal. The Pizza Stromboli, or what was supposed to be!!! Was mooshy in the middle and So dry on the outside, we could not even cut it right , on temp on 375D for 25 mins. Even hospital food tastes better than this ,we threw it out , Two for two on disappointed take out Next morning, We opened the cinnamon rolls, What a Shocker, not really, Who. Makes Dry as Dirt Cinnamon rolls with NO. BUTTER!!! Excuse me? Just roll it up with some thick dry cinnamon, and slap some , unflavored frosting on top I literally had to put my own sugar on top ! What a disaster!!! Like Every thing we ate was the up most disappointing, disgusting tasting thing ever ,Even my teenage said her highschool food tasted better on the terrible days then here at BJs whole sale club. Look. We are hard working people, and can barely get paycheck to paycheck, not up scale, But when you work your butt off, and just want some time with family to sit down and eat, There is nothing worse , then eating,Dish after dish of terrible!!!! No Excuses for this , even if you can not get employees on a regular basis, then hire a Real Professional third party company to come into your local business and Clean this Up, cheating out on trying fast produce, carry out or bakery Goods on this kind of NON Edible, level is Gross And Disgusting . Today I got a nice young guy who gave me my receipt. Put my things in my trunk and I left. When I got home, I was shorted one item. I proceeded to call the store and was bumped around to three different departments because they have a new phone system and they made me call three different times. When I finally got to customer service. Hadil couldnāt quite understand my problem so I explained it again. Then I was going to be put on hold to try to find the person who brought the things to my car. I told her I was put on a hold for over eight minutes last time and nobody ever came back. she then put me on hold and came back and said just come to the store and will give you a credit. I said thatās great but Iām handicap capable and I donāt get to the store often. Is there a way you can give me a credit on my account now then got put on hold again. She came back and said, can I put you on hold till I find the person. I said yes and please donāt hang up because I understand thereās a new phone system and nobody knows how to work it. She proceeded to tell me that I should be patient With a bit of an attitude. She tells me the person who has worked her entire life in customer service, and customer service management. She didnāt bother to ask for my order number or any of my information so I said to her why donāt you take my information. She did, and then she came back and told me to come into the store, and the store manager will give me credit. Which basically means I feel like I just got ripped off. Iām sure when I go in the store manager will have no clue what is going on. I donāt even know when Iāll be able to get in. But I hope when I do. I called this facility and asked them what deals they had on buying three iPhones 4's because I was switching from Sprint. On the phone they offered the 4s's for $50 each and the iPhone 4 for free. They also offered free activation and a $50 rebate for each number transferred from another provider. They affirmed that information 1 hour later when I made it to their kiosk. They also assured me that I could get the service discount on my wife's place of employment even with the account in my name. (wife was not with me). I ordered 2 iPhone 4s's and one iPhone 4 and was told they would be in by Tuesday. (this was Saturday) When I called on Wednesday - they said they would be in by the end of the week. On Thursday, I called and they told me there was a problem and they would not be in until the following Tuesday. I, in the main time had discovered that the account had to be in wife's name to get discount. On that Tuesday I went in (with wife to change acc't) to pick up the phones and was told the $50 rebate did not apply to the iPhones. ($150 rebate I suddenly was not getting) We decided at that point to continue transaction anyway and "transferred acc't into my wife's name. Problem: following day discovered it had never gotten transferred. So, in short - a transaction that should have taken 2 business days - has so far taken two week, cost an additional $150 dollars and untold time on the phone trying to get everything else corrected.
