I ordered pick up and the food was right on time even a bit early. However nearly the entirety of the outside of the sub was covered in mayo. I've never been to this establishment before but everywhere else I go they put the mayo on the inside of sandwiches (except at my aunt and uncles when I was little they put mayo right on the outside of grilled cheese). So I'm super hungry and still eating, it tastes pretty good. I ordered the bacon chicken California or something along those lines. The 1/3 of the bread I can hold that isn't damp from the mayo is decent. It's getting better,Got to the part that was dry.Cookies 3 for 250 are just alright. Thanks for coming to my sub talk.

Is my first time ever trying Jersey Mike's subs. I was very very impressed with the food the sub was great the staff were very friendly and helpful making us first-timers decide which great sub to try. The whole concept is amazing open-concept you could see your cold cuts gets sliced in front of you. After some hard decisions I ended up trying Turkey Club. There is absolutely nothing you could say about this. A big commandment to the staff that helped us sorry I didn't get your name. Thanks for making our experience amazing and having one of the best subs I've ever tried

My first time trying Jersey Mike's. Both my fiance and I got giant subs with the large combo upgrade. Pictured is the club supreme, she got The original Italian. My bread was rosemary Parm. Now this sub is big and will fill you up. I rated this a 3 star because it is a bit expensive. We paid a total of $43.80, I thought the sub was just to dry. I got mayo, lettuce, cheese, tomato, oil, pickle and banana pepper, also pepper dip spread. I'm glad I tried it but I think I will just get a Wegmans sub next time.

The food was ok, but it probably would have been better if I had been allowed the chance to order it the way I wanted. I’m lucky they even listened enough to hear me ask for a gluten free roll (which I had to double check was actually gluten free because I truly didn’t trust them). Aside from employee #1 taking our orders pushing us along as fast as possible to get back to her conversation, employee #2 at the register gave us our total before we had to stop him and ask for our drinks and chips to be added for the combos. He didn’t give us a choice on what size drink, and just rang us out for the regular, which we honestly didn’t feel like fighting anymore. He left the register the second the card went through, leaving another employee (#3) to get us our cups. He at least asked if we wanted a bag, but instead of getting us one, he wrapped up the next person’s order and then walked away. When we were finally given our food (mind you, I was not given the option to add any toppings, mine was simply wrapped and dropped by the counter), we had to ask about the bag again. Employee #4 gave us one, after very condescendingly saying “your subs not gonna fit in this bag”. I was pretty annoyed at this point, and just said “we wanted it for our chips, cookies, and the jar of chili relish we got, actually”. Employee #4 then turned to employee #3 who was actually sitting on the counter where the food was being prepped (not leaning, literally sitting on top of it) who promptly said “what a b*tch” as if I wasn’t standing three feet away. I might go to another Jersey Mike’s, but never this one, and I’d recommend the same to anyone else. (I would like to add, there was an elderly gentleman working there filling up the chip racks that was kind to everyone in the store and though he was not involved in our interaction, he definitely was not part of whatever is clearly going wrong in...

I went there for the first time on Thursday, September 7, 2023 around 6:45pm. I had #17 Mike's Famous Philly. This is supposed to be a "cheesesteak' sandwich. I couldn't taste the cheese. Second, the menu says 'gilled fresh'. It was not. I know this because I had asked about not having it heated so I could heat it when I got home over 30 minutes away. I was told that the meat is 'frozen' so they have to heat it...they can't give it to me frozen. Third, I asked for double onions - I could taste those. But, I could not taste the peppers, also very finely shredded. I guess I should have ordered double peppers too. Fourth, the texture of the meat was, well, textured. Not meaty. Maybe because it was so finely shredded that freezing it (see second point above) had a negative affect on the quaility of the tiny pieces.

Overall, I would not recommend the # 17 sandwich. I can't answer about any others, since I have not tried them yet.

Plenty of parking. Not a lot of inside seating, but then, I would presume this business is mostly take-out. Personally, I don't like to eat in at these types of restaurants because, just like is the case here, the people standing in line/reading the menu, at the nearby counter, and waiting for their orders, are standing in among the tables.

This location is right at the SW corner of Maple and Transit Roads in Williamsville/Amherst. It is in the outlot building that is shared with Starbucks and Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

10/20/23 UPDATE: Thank you to Alan, the owner, for contacting me. I will be in to try other subs when I'm...

My first time. I saw a Sub made on "You Tube" from Jersey Mike. They called it a "99". Which is a 46/53. Specific assembled sub. Look really good. I went in and The older server. Said he never heard of it and he has worked at several Mike's. He thought maybe I saw it incorrectly? So I said I would like a Philly Cheese Sub. I got the basic, to go. I was looking at their sizes? They have their own scale for sizes? They must serve a lot of girls...because their basic is not even 6". I just drove +70 miles to try this sub and go to Wegmanns. My phone wasn't working inside...So headed for groceries and home. Got home...before unloading. I sat down and ate that Sub...

Wow! That was really good. The Server chose wisely. Thanks. I will try the #99 next time. Elmer...
