The kiosk wouldn't allow me to order special, so I went to the register. The cashier was ok and mildly friendly for as busy as they were. I was very specific with my order. I asked for an egg and cheese bagel with 2 slices of Canadian bacon added. I was very adamant about the 2 slices and willing to pay the extra and told her. I also ordered 2 number 7 sausage burrito meals. I got one water. When I picked up my order, I received one slice of Canadian bacon and ONLY 2 burritos. I got the attention of the manager explained it, told her I was willing to pay for the correction. She sent me over to the register with the cashier to correct it. A other customer got loud and rude with me fir "cutting" and being disrespectful. Threatened me. I stepped aside and begged the cashier to help the other customer first. I got up to the register, where the cashier seemed very confused and flustered as to what extras she should ring me up for so I suggested a full refund and just ring the order out as it should have been rung up in the first place she called the manager up and the manager refused to do it like that. I stated that I shouldn't have to pay extra money paying for things individually that would otherwise have been part of combos. She raised her voice said I can return the food and get my refund or take my food. I took my food and left because I felt very attacked and unsafe from the situation with the previous customer. This is probably the crappiest service I have EVER gotten from ANY mcdonalds. And I have a great deal of patience and respect for the employees...
Read moreI understand it’s hard to get help these days let alone good help. But this is my go to place for iced tea and maybe a burger and fries for my grandchildren. Lately I’ve had more bad days then good days when going to McDonald’s. The line in the drive thru can take forever and lately I get ignored when it’s my turn to order. I’ve waited over 5 minutes last time at 12:30 pm when it was my turn to order for someone to say something and to take my order. So I decided to drive to the windows to find out there was no cars in front of me then to find out at the window the drive thru is closed and if I want to order I must go inside or to use my mobile app. So I decided I’d use my mobile app next i problem I find out they don’t have iced tea again this is at 12:30 in the afternoon!!!! So basically I wasted 20 minutes of my time for nothing. I just want to know why this McDonald’s has been so dysfunctional lately. I’ve been there other times where the headphones were not working or they only could take cash because the credit card machine not working. Burgers, Fish sandwiches and chicken sandwiches they are prepared perfectly, meat and any other items that go along with that sandwich are put on bun quite nicely centered. And some locations make sandwiches like they’re playing that cornhole game, meat and fixings and condiments are just thrown on a bun any which way AND then put in a bag sideways, upside anyway except upright. Fries. Are worse. They are thrown in the bag upside down where the entire bag of fries are on the bottom of the bag. Now, my experience today was a bit worse than what I described above. Everything was as. Stated above. I ordered two Fish sandwiches and a small fries. But additionally the bun was dried out, the fish was burned and dried out, far too much sauce and a half a slice of cheese, also burned into the bun. And since when do 2 fish sandwiches and a small fries cost nearly $13.00? Does anyone even train their personnel?? If they do, it was a poorly done session. In conclusion, I will never visit this...
