From the moment we sat down, Jasmine made us feel like VIPs. She greeted us with a warm smile, took the time to explain the specials, and even gave us recommendations that ended up being spot-on. Throughout the evening, she was attentive without being overbearing—always checking in just enough to make sure our drinks were topped off and our food was to our liking. Her timing was impeccable. Now, I have to take a moment to mention a particularly dramatic part of the evening. As we were enjoying our main courses, we were suddenly distracted by a commotion at the next table. A group of small individuals—who, from a distance, appeared to be midgets (I mean no offense, but that’s what they looked like)—burst into the restaurant, each wielding a sword. It’s one of those things you can’t quite believe until you see it. They didn’t seem to be causing trouble, but the mere sight of a table full of people carrying swords… well, that’s not something you encounter every day. At first, we weren’t sure if it was part of some sort of performance or theme night, but it quickly became apparent that things were escalating. The swords were raised, a few were drawn, and it looked like a small-scale duel might be on the horizon. As the tension in the air mounted, Jasmine didn’t bat an eyelash. She immediately sprang into action. She calmly approached the table, addressed the situation with authority, and with a few measured words, she diffused the chaos before any serious drama could unfold.
Her ability to maintain her composure was nothing short of impressive. Jasmine didn’t just defuse the situation; she saved us from what could have turned into an incredibly awkward and potentially dangerous moment. While the small sword-wielding group might not have been a threat in the end, we certainly felt safer with Jasmine managing the situation. Her quick thinking and calm demeanor saved the night. After the sword-wielding spectacle, Jasmine checked in on us, ensuring we were all okay and that the atmosphere was restored to normal. She even gave us a complimentary round of drinks to lighten the mood. She wasn’t just there to take our order; she made sure we felt cared for and that our dining experience was nothing less than perfect. Jasmine is, without a doubt, one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. Her professionalism, grace under pressure, and dedication to her guests are all qualities that make her a standout. If you’re lucky enough to have her serve you, consider yourself fortunate—not only because she’s skilled, but because she’s also a true hero in the restaurant world. Thank you, Jasmine, for keeping the peace and ensuring we all had a memorable night for the right reasons. You’ve earned yourself a loyal...
Read morePros: Friendly staff. Tastey food. Clean eating environment. Con(s): Please be careful when trying to get the far less expensive deals from the appetizer choices. If you do not specifically state that you are ordering from the appetizer menu, they will charge you full price for each appetizer and when you kindly confront them about it, they state that the customer should have stated the "appetizer menu" is what YOU didn't specify, therefore they charge you "Full individual meal" prices for each appetizer, where they are not willing "to correct the issue" cut down on the extreme price difference... Not even when you've left quite a bit on your plate. Honestly, due to what my friend and I experienced, I'm more than tempted to lower it to only 2 stars, BUT up until the moment of the "shockingly expensive bill", we both thought everything was pretty-good. One more thing, when ordering drinks (example: a Long Island Iced Tea), if you do not specify that you don't care about the ingredients being "top shelf" (as they refer to it on the bill) ingredients, they will charge you for "top shelf" ingredients. This is quite a financially painful example of how when the customer is ignorant of the "pricing listed in the menu" only being applied when the customer specifically emphasizes that which they're seeking to enjoy, as opposed to simply naming the items in the far less expensive section of the menu. Honestly now that I've written this (reliving the emotional shock of the pricing and unwillingness of Applebee's to be forthcoming with such information regarding the pricing of specific foods and drinks, with their not at all attempt(s) to work with the customer, once they're hit with an expensive bill, even with quite a bit of food left on the plates (we had to get going), I, in good conscious will be removing an additional star to my rating, bringing it down to only 2 stars for that Applebee's experience... In my humble opinion, what ultimately transpired was definitely not good when it comes to customer service, as well as public relations in general. I hope this helps all of you in the future. Applebee's rep. not being forthcoming with the pricing scheme and unwilling to work anything out afterwards, had resulted in a rather chilly/cold "bait and switch", now you're screwed and we don't care, experience that I hope no one who reads this will ever...

We were seated, party of 6. I was Looking forward to Applebee's at this location. I have been here plenty of times before. Service was always good Food always on point up until tonight. Our server tonight for first time was (I dont want to say who because im. Not in the business of hurting people.* I just hope my review would reach a Senior Manager or General Manager.* I don't know if she was having a bad night or just wasn't interested in professionalism tonight.
We ordered non-alcoholic drinks. I had bubly lemon drink and it tasted like dirty fizzy water. My duaghter had water and she pointed out the same thing, Disgusting. It was either the ice or the cups were unclean. Not our servers fault... but ... when we try to locate her, she was no where to be found. Look over at bar, she is chatting with other employees. 6 minutes passed, still chatting...Finally, was able to address our concerns and received different drink.
When we finished appetizers, the plates were not picked up. When our main course came out, there was no room to place on table. Finally someone cleared it away. We were looking to get fill up on drinks and again no where to be found. I literally looked around ,even few members of our party looked aswell. Again at the bar talking with another employee this time about 10 minutes straight. Now... I'm not that type person that complain unless I feel like people in my party are not enjoying themselves. That's never the case, until tonight. I'm use to being checked on , if we needed refill or anything... that's the service from Applebee's that is expected.
