I order salsa, egg, and cheese bacon in a roll. Let me tell you that’s bacon smell like really really bad. I just eat two bites and that’s it. I hope I don’t get sick. By the way this is the second time I go there and there is a Spanish guy with the glasses. He always wear like a baby blue hat and it’s kinda really mean not friendly at all. The point is is that the system really sucks there because they don’t even know who’s Bagel is this who is or this food is all I know is they go by the name but there was a young lady she called my name and I told that she already have my food when I get there it was only one Bagel and then I asked where is my sausage cheese in roll the same guy take my order. It was pulling a Bagel and then I thought it was mine and I said oh is this one right here you know very nicely. I didn’t say nothing bad and he goes is your name is Brandon and he’s staring at me look at me like what the hell dudecome down the way he talks to me. My parents came here for breakfast today around 11am. My mother was talking to a waiter, she said it was a hispanic man with a round face, looked in his late 40s. She simply asked for spinach egg whites for my father, and he starts yelling at her, giving her attitude. You have no right to speak to my mother that way. Would you like me to speak to your mother like that? I have an extremely sick father, and all my mom wanted to do was order him a healthy meal, yet she gets attitude from this server. My mother worked so hard to get into this country, provide for 3 kids, and let us have an amazing life. She does not DESERVE to get treated like this. You are disgusting and should not work in a restaurant any longer. I don’t know if you were being racist, or just in a bad mood, or what. This does NOT give you a right to speak to my mother that way.

We were in the area and went there yesterday for the first time. It was busy but not overly. Place is huge and clean. However, the music took over everything. Even talking to my husband we had to yell. The menu board offers so many things you could eat for a year! We decided what we wanted and went to the counter. A young lady behind the counter took our orders mine was a platter of over easy eggs w/ham and an everything bagel with extra butter. I had to repeat it several times due to the very very loud music. Husband ordered a cheese omelet with home fries and a buttered roll. When I went to get our orders there was an omelet platter and a bagel wrapped up in parchment with the egg yolk all over it. Went to the table and my sandwich had leaked out all the delicious yolk insides and there was no butter on the bagel. My husband's roll was dry and seemed old.
