Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

My family and I were trying to order food and the guy at the register seemed a little lost. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. The service was horrid and so was the food, the food was all cold and I asked them why it was cold and not fresh and they said the heater isn’t working. I asked the other guy to heat it up and they came back with fresh fries. They said that there were multiple managers but in reality Juan was the real manager. In front of all the customers they started to argue with us and Juan the manager said I don’t care about this job nor the customers. All the employees seemed lost as well. They cursed in front of my kids and put a bad impression on the kids and customers. They said if we come back they will call the police when we weren’t in the wrong. Also, I ordered the Doritos locos taco for my son and then purchased it with my money. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s not my order. We were so confused after that and then they gave it to us. The employees started to argue with us even more for NO reason. They said the taco wasn’t ours even though there was like 1 other family here that was about to leave. I wish I could leave 0 stars (again) and will NEVER come back here. Again, poor customer service!!! Very bad!...

Avoid this place at all costs.

1. Broken soap dispenser in bathroom. Most tables weren't wiped down with food particles from other patrons.
2. They actively look at you and ignore you at the counter forcing you to use the kiosk which I don't use as the people before me had their fingers in their mouth.
3. Any soft drinks that are sugar free or diet were not working, I'm drinking unsweetened iced tea without any sweetener because...... Yep, they don't have any.
4. ordered a #6. The chalupa shells were stale, I thought I might break a tooth on them. Thankfully the forks were in stock.
5. my beefy 5 layer burrito was closer to a wrapped soup. I've been in bad fast food places before but this is worse by a mile. I really wish corporate would police their franchise a little more diligently. I doubt I'll try another Taco Bell...

I originally went to the drive thru but it was full I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. I decided to back out the drive thru and go inside and still had to wait. This one cashier took my order and I had to wait super long to get my order not to mention other customer orders they got incorrect. I asked how long it would take to get my order and that I didn’t have a lot of time left and she didn’t understand what I was saying. She got someone who knew English my best guess the manager and I explained to him about the issue and asked for his name (Jack Ferman). Thankfully he was able to get my order out fast but I told him that they should hire cashiers who knew English. Personally I never had to wait that long for food. Definitely won’t be going there anymore and I will be calling corporations...
