At the beginning of December I came to this store for a sofa, I knew what I was looking for, a specific model and brand. When I asked Benny when I would be able to receive my sofa, he said at the end of January and the first week of February at the latest. At the beginning of February I called this store, no one answered my call, and of course no one called me back. I decided to go there and what a surprise awaited me, it turns out the sofa arrives at the port on February 28th, at the end of February I stopped by this store again, I wanted to make sure that the sofa was still arriving at the port, to which I heard from Benny that yes, of course, you will receive the sofa at the beginning of March. Soooo, at the beginning of March, I called the store, everything was as usual, no one picked up the phone. A few days later the store finally picked up the phone, and what another surprise, it turns out the sofa is arriving at the port in mid-April and the expected delivery time is the beginning of May. Of course I got mad and the girl and I had an unpleasant conversation because of all these lies in their store. Benny was not in the store that day, but unexpectedly he called me back the next day, apologized and promised to do something nice for me for the inconvenience, he also asked me to call him before delivery. And then the day X arrived, I called many times and as usual, no one picked up the phone or called me back. I thought, well, okay, the most important thing for me was to get my long-awaited sofa, I just didn’t know yet what kind of gift was waiting for me on the day of delivery. I left a deposit for this sofa, my card was in the system, when the guys delivered the sofa, Benny said that I had to pay the rest for the sofa in CASH. What a surprise? CASH? I tried to talk to him normally, and asked him to take my card, credit card, debit card, check, zelle, cash app, venmo, paypal, But he only needed CASH. The amount was quite large. He told the delivery guys to pick up the sofa and reschedule the delivery date when I will be ready to give him cash. Benny yelled at me like insane person. Honestly, no one has ever yelled at me like that in my life. I was in complete shock. Such an attitude towards a client after all his lies about delivery times was doubly shocking. I received such a nice gift from him in the morning, by the way, it was my Birthday, I couldn’t give them the sofa back, since I had guests coming to my Birthday that day, but that’s another story. It was the weekend, where would I get cash on the weekend? Somehow, running around the whole house, I was able to collect something, the neighbors helped, dollar to dollar and we were able to collect almost 6K for me. I don’t know about anyone else, but I and all my friends have official jobs, we don’t hold cash, unlike Benny of course. Disgusting experience. One Ten Furniture didn't deserve even 1 star. Everyone, please save yourself from this headache of a company and buy elsewhere.
P.S. Benny....Firstly, no one has the right to extort cash. FYI, extorting cash is a crime. And yes, Benny, you shouldn’t lie in order to sell a product. I would have bought this sofa anyway, and I told you about it right away. You never know who comes to you, what kind of client, and who he/she is. You missed 9 potential clients who could have bought a lot of things from you for their homes, none of my friends will ever come to you and to the One Ten Furniture. There was no pressure for not needing any help until we were done looking around. We came across a wonderful sales woman named Maria .Boy were we grateful to have done business with her! She is very knowledgeable, respectful and offered her advice on many different options due to the fact that my husband and I weren't sure which path to take. We appreciated her advice and expertise and had decided on such a lovely dining room set. We can not wait to have it displayed in our home, especially knowing we made a great decision with the help from Maria. We will be back this year to purchase our bedroom set from her in March. The two delivery men called me at 8:30 A.M. to give me a 2 hour window between 9-11, they came at 9:00 on the dot ! Matt and Victor were respectful, careful and did a quick, safe setup in our home. We went to 110 Furnishings last week and ordered our baby furniture just in time for her arrival this September! Thank you to all staff for everything, we love all our furnishings from your store! We received our baby girl's furniture very quickly after being told it will take about 8-12 weeks to be delivered . Due to COVID, we were expecting a later date but got it even earlier than expected ! The 2 delivery men were wonderful, quick and followed all the safety precautions.
Our sales woman was Maria, she exceeded our expectations once again ! We were not sure what color scheme, design to go with and asked for personal advice. Her expertise, style and ideas helped with our final decision . The color, the detail is just stunning. The quality of the furniture is sturdy and know it will last for many many years to come. We purchased the Tall dresser, long dresser, night stand, 4 in 1 crib along with the changing table pad, mattress ( infant to toddler) and all the accessories to change the crib to a toddler , full size bed as our daughter grows. My initial encounter with them was far from satisfactory, but I decided to give them a second chance. Little did I know, this experience would be exponentially worse, leaving me bewildered at how a service could deteriorate so drastically.
My family was filled with excitement as we placed an order for a new furniture set for my newborn son in June, expecting it to be a seamless process. The sales team assured us of a 6 to 8-week delivery timeline. However, our excitement quickly turned into a prolonged ordeal, as the wait stretched into an agonizing 27 weeks.
The lack of communication from 110 Furnitures was startling. We were compelled to take time off work on multiple occasions, anticipating the delivery, only to receive partial orders without any prior notification. The situation escalated into a tiresome game of phone tag, spanning the entirety of the 26 weeks, which only added to our frustration.
In a slight glimmer of hope, the company eventually agreed to refund some of our money. Yet, this has become another chapter in this saga of disappointment, as we have neither received the refund nor any form of communication from them. My wife's attempts to reach out have been met with silence, as her calls remain unanswered.
I implore anyone considering 110 Furnitures for their needs to rethink their decision. It is worth spending a bit more elsewhere to ensure that you receive your order on time and avoid the unnecessary stress and frustration we have endured.
