Six months ago we contacted them to get one of our cushion done. The owner came to take measures, demanded a lot of money and cash in advance. We were beyond shock when he delivered the product. The cushions were 1.5 inch shorter than our other cushions. The foam was such bad quality if you sit on it you would not feel the cushion.

He proceeded to demand to take another cushion so he can make it properly and I need to go to his office. If he did wrong once, how can I trust him. I was fearful he might destroy a good cushion by mistake by trying to figure out how to do it.

I told him I wanted my money back but he refuses. I am still waiting for my good quality cushion. Now he does not answer his phone.

If you want to fix this.I paid you in full. Please make the proper cushion, with the correct padding, foam and size. I am not willing to give you a good cushion for you to figure out. I am scared I will never...

I explained to him what I was trying to do regarding “warn” couch seat cushions. Mr. Abraham was thorough in his explanation and how the company he represents would BEST serve me.
