Bear's Cup Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Bolton

We placed our order at 4:57pm and was told it would be done in 30 minutes. We show up for pick up and had to wait until 6:07 before our food was done. We had to wait 40 minutes LONGER than we were told! Apparently the young girl at the counter was too busy on her phone to pay attention to her job and let our pizza burn. Because our cheese pizza was burnt, they had to throw it away and make a new one while our other food sat there and got COLD! Our garlic knots didn’t come with sauce (really!?) and our pepperoni pizza and garlic knots were cold by the time we got our order! Pretty furious with the service. Bears Cup Pizza makes great pizza. We picked up an order of pizza and a salad. The cesar salad we got was a half full takeout container of plain romaine and barely any cheese crutons no other toppings. i know they justify their prices by saying their a small business but 14$ for basically plain lettuce just feels so scammy. I could buy 5 organic lettuce heads for that myself. Just disappointed in quality and pricing. I wish they would model the pricing and quality of non pizza items that trailhead...

Staff was very accommodating for our large group right after a storm hit. We arrived and felt comfortable instantly. Food was very good. I thought the meat lovers pizza especially was excellent!
