We had a large party which had reservations long before that night. We had 1 server. It took forever in between courses. While we waited over 30 minutes between the main course and dessert, we cleared our own table while other servers cleared tables of people who had already left instead of taking care of those still there. When we were rushed to finish our dessert, they came out with the check. Initially we were told that we could split the bill into 8 tickets max. No problem. Then she came back and said no, it had to be paid in one bill. Then we asked if we can use multiple cards to pay the bill (which was over $1000) and we were told no. So one person put it on her credit card and everyone just paid her - no problem right? Wrong! They came back and said the card did not go through for the whole amount and the amount it did go through for was showing “pending”. What part did not go through? The tip!!! While all of our cards from the bar tab was showing pending, they didn’t care. They were not letting us leave. They called the police!! We had so many ways of paying and handling the bill but they were unwilling to cooperate with us to get the bill paid. The person who originally paid pulled up her credit card online and guess what was there, yes, the amount charged to her card!!!! Still not wanting to work with us, the police finally showed up. After all was said and done, she had to pay the tip twice because it wasn’t showing paid the first time!! Which it wouldn’t until Monday morning when the banks open and the transaction is completed. The GM and whoever the other manager was were extremely rude and disrespectful to this group of 14 woman who were trying to make it right but they would not cooperate with us. We were embarrassed to be treated in such a manner with other people in the restaurant. We were victimized because of their terrible paying system. I will NEVER give them any of my business again and I will make sure that all the people I know on social media are aware of how we were treated. If you are planning on eating here, I would recommend bringing cash so they can’t screw up your credit card payment and then call...

Read moreFantastic! I hadn't been here in 4 years, but I had always remembered how great it was, it's a bit pricey for me but it is well worth it! My girlfriend and I came here for an early valentines day dinner, the only thing that was less than perfect was I had made reservations for 6:30 but we still had to wait 40 minutes for a table. Dont get me wrong though, it was a Saturday night the week of valentines day, and this is a multiple hour experience so I'm not surprised at all that there was still a wait. It was well worth it. We ended up ordering the 4 course perfect night out for 2 with a wine flight, and the touch of romance package, which was some nice rose pedals on the table and a champagne toast for $15. We started out with a cheese fondue, for dipping there was bread, and carrots and, broccoli, and cauliflower. Then we moved on to the delicious ceaser salad. Then the main entree, which was boiled in a base of red wine. For cooking we had a lobster tail, pork, chicken, filet mignon, and shrimp. There was a variety of dipping sauces that were unnecessary as everything was perfectly seasoned already. For dessert we had the candy bar chocolate fondue. For dipping there was marshmallows, brownies, blondies, strawberries, and cake. And finally a delectable slice of cheesecake. It was more food then we could have eaten, but it was all so good that it was hard not to try to eat everything. All In all we were probably at the table for 2 hours. Our server, Jake was very friendly and knowledgeable about the various items. If I could afford to, i would go here much more often, but it's rather expensive, but it is truly worth...
