I'm sure their product is great, never tried it. The store associate (unsure whether it was the manager/owner or just an associate) was nice.
I stopped by to pick up a delivery order and noticed someone looking upset leaving empty handed. I go in, have a pleasant exchange with the associate, grab the order and am about to exit when the same person swings the door open blocking my way saying I didn't open it for you, giving me such an attitude. I try to nudge past and continue on my way then they yelled at me "put your hands on me again and see what happens"
so that's pretty awesome when I'm working a 10-12hr shift at my 2nd job that I get harassed and threatened while all I'm doing is working. Trying to deliver the customer their order, make a few bucks in the process and the business makes money as well. The fact this person left with nothing and came back makes me think they weren't a customer but someone with some association with the store(possibly making this even more inappropriate)
Either way, good to know I can expect to be harassed/threatened by potentially homeless/mentally ill people when just trying to work. Maybe he/she/they(unsure) were having a bad day, I can understand that. The fact that people seem to think that being disrespectful is somehow supposed to attract positive energy is quite laughable. Weird victim mentality where it's okay to judge others but God forbid someone were to do the same to you.
And just to add a little unnecessary perspective... deliver drivers/couriers are the equivalent of the customer themselves picking up the order...I'm essentially there by proxy on behalf of someone else(the customer) to pick up the order they paid the restaurant for, and deliver it to them. Everyone wins... Does that mean I should be treated so poorly? What if it is for someone unable to walk/drive? I've granted special requests delivering food INTO the homes of disabled people. Some food...
Read moreI walked in this beautiful place and was greeted by an amazing staff. Araju is who took my order or should I say helped me with my order by assisting me with the touch screen kiosk. She was so pleasant and her smile and laughter brightened the place, actually ALL of the staff brightened the place. The restaurant was clean and simple not too much decor but just the perfect amount. I loved how detail the ordering process was. For someone like me who loves teas but hate that it has so much sugar in it, there was an options for the amount of sugar you want in it. I love that they are accommodating everyone. The tea was perfect. It reminded me of a place in flushing but better and closer to home. I will be returning. They don't just sell tea but cookie and other food items. Cookies were perfect. I wish this place luck but they don't need it they will do...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer for months now! It’s become a near-necessity for me everyday at work to order from this location and they have not once come to disappoint me!
Recently I’ve switched my hours to mornings and have been putting in earlier orders than usual. I had noticed that regular boba was never an option past 10:30 and had left special instructions to include it, assuming that it may just be an odd scheduling issue with the mobile app.
To my surprise, the staff working that morning had written me a note by hand explaining that their boba is only prepared at 10:30am, and that they were very sorry for the inconvenience, also including a free air freshener and batch of cookies!
Kindness like that isn’t an everyday occurrence from similar establishments and I’m very appreciative to the wonderful staff at...
