Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Horrific experience with the owner. They got 3 of 4 items ordered wrong. I called and explained and they told me to return providing my name. I am a regular customer for years . Upon providing my name the owner began berating me saying he examined cameras and they got my order right with the exception of 2 items but coffee was made correct . He was yelling at me and would not allow me to explain they got it wrong despite what he sees on camera. The taste was off completely . I got so upset I told him to just charge me for the order so I could leave and he still persisted to yell. I have never experienced this ever . Very bizarre and they lost my whole family of customers. I will never return . I am glad to see the owner likes to treat his customers so poorly when the drive thi appearance had old water leaking onto cars from the gutters and bees flying around. I always came here despite that because the staff are so nice . I hope the owner realizes you can’t treat...

Very typical dunkin. BUT I Went to buy gift cards for teachers... the man behind the register kept asking for cash, not card... he tried to persuade me so many times it got awkward... i offered to leave and drive to the dunkin in pjs if his cc machine was broken... he suddenly had no problem doing the transaction. Very shady

UPDATE: went back here on a whim as I was passing and had a hankering for some dunkin. They rushed me thru the order and only processed two of the 7 items I wanted to purchase. When they gave me the total, I realized the price was too low and went over the order. They were MAD at ME. They still forgot two items, so I had to ask again, and they were rolling their eyes telling me it was correct. When I got home (with all my items), the two food items were ice cold in the middle.

Why 1 star? I'll tell you why. On their google address it clearly states "Open 24 Hours". After driving 25 minutes out of my way at 12:05 am, they were in fact NOT OPEN 24 hours. Nope. So glad I wasted my time & gas money traveling to a place that claimed they were open.... but apparently, were clearly not. Companies today obviously are to good to check things like that, and amazing how many stores nowadays still leave their "open"sign light up like a Christmas tree when their closed as well. Customer service and paying attention to simple things as hour listings have completely gone out the window. I'm sure their doughnuts would have been stale anyways as dunking doughnuts is known to give their every day customers the fresh ones and people like me who shop once ina while get the stale leftovers nobody else wants so guess...
