Northside Deli — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

What can I say, the place is never busy with lines out the door, bagel strore next door and is making money 💰 too. Now I know why. I went in there for a simple grilled cheese with grilled tomato, and grilled ham, inreceived it and nothing was grilled about it. It was cheese on a roll. I went back very nicely and asked they just grilled it a little more. The employee argued with me , threw the sandwich and continued to argue. I asked for my $12 back and will never return....

I will never order from here after this experience I had this afternoon!!! To be told by a guy there “oh things like that happens” is unacceptable instead of apologizing and refunding the drug rep who placed and paid for the order!!! Very unprofessional and rude to even say something like that and to make it sound like it happens frequently is wild. So if I choked or swallowed this bone it would be okay? I just had one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever eaten. Three eggs bacon cheese on an everything flagel with a medium coffee for six bucks!! I could've done a morning workout with the weight of this sandwich. I work in the Hamptons a lot and get ripped off all the time for a measly two egg sandwich and a small coffee not included.
