Far East Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Since I moved to Miller Place this was the only place I knew of in Miller Place to get Chinese food. The first few times it was fine. Food was good and all was fine but after a handful of times there. I started noticing the total price was higher than usual. Turned out I was getting charged for bigger sizes that I didn't even ask for. I let it go about 2 times then after the most recent time I was charged almost six dollars more than usual and went back to ask them about this. The younger girl there gave me much attitude cause I questioned the price and the other fellow there came up and talked rudely in a different language so I couldn't understand what they were saying. I payed before the food was done so I went back in my car and waited. Then went back inside after 10 minuets and the order wasn't ready. Then I started noticing people coming in after me and leaving before me that didn't even call their order a head of time. Finally after standing inside for almost 23 minuets they finally give me my order and with attitude again that young girl says "sorry for the wait" then walks away! FORGET THEM!!! They lost a customer for good and I will tell my friends to go else where.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! and obviously no respect nor care for their faithful customers. FAIL!

Literally my favorite Chinese food place!! They always customize the food for my family and I. They are almost always open like 362 days of the year! That's amazing! I basically always order food from then on the holidays when I'm too lazy to cook for a group of people haha! The staff are very nice and friendly. The food is ALWAYS tasty. They do low sodium, gluten free options and add or remove certain veggies for me and my family. If you want them to use tamari for your food though, you have to supply them with some. No big deal. Sometimes I feel bad for being so picky but they are always accommodating! I always leave a good tip when my order is very complex, so I don't inconvenience the workers too much. Highly highly recommend! This is the best Chinese food place...

Ok now!! Here's my review on this place, and I ate here on 8/8/2021. I travel a lot for work so I'm really big on reviews when I decide to try a place. After reading the negative reviews and then trying this place, I must say that you guys are just HATING!!! This food was beyond good, I had the the fried Chicken Wings and House Fried Rice. Wings were cook perfectly, taste was amazing, and the size of the Wings were perfect. My house fried rice was filled with protein, lots of shrimp, beef and chicken. The veggies were crispy and crunchy as well. I always ask myself will I go back to an establishment after I eat there to certify if the food was good, and I will definitely...
