I stopped coming to this location sadly even though I love the food because of the poor customer service provided everytime I decide to give them another chance. I order the same thing everytime “Steak Taco’s with pico de gallo & cheese ONLY no sour cream lettuce or tomatoes, sweet plantains & maybe a couple other items on the menu for kids & wife but this is my main dish I order personally and they always mess it up after confirming with them multiple times I do not like sour cream. For god sakes there isn’t even any pico on these tacos. It beyond frustrating when someone takes your order confirms multiple times on their system that prints out tickets with exact order for cooks & they still put whatever they feel like on the tacos disregarding the order. Now for someone who is on break and has limited time their best option is telling you to come back and they will replace it but how is that possible with only a half hour break? So they tell you to come back whenever you can but what about now? What about the food intake I was expecting on my break? That doesn’t matter I guess and is not taken into consideration when making sure everything is correct for the customer. On top of it I called them very frustrated and they hung up the phone on me because I was being “Rude” supposedly but how can they not expect customers to be frustrated in a situation like this after spending 40$ on 4 tacos and an ice cream? Read moreI’m finally done giving this place my business after countless incorrect orders, with no effort on their part to correct the mistakes for a regular customer. First they always repeat back the order wrong on the phone, sometimes multiple times, where we constantly have to correct them. Once they finally repeat it back correctly how you ordered it, then you pick up your food and get home just to find out that they gave you the wrong thing or left something out completely. A month ago I asked to speak to a manager after having to drive back there for them to correct my order and watched the cashier go get her manager where the manager rolled his eyes and said “just tell her there’s no manager here right now.” Today was the 3rd time in a row where I got home to find out they messed up my order. When I called to let them know they forgot the quesadilla we ordered, there was no apology. I drove back to get the quesadilla thinking they maybe wouldn’t charge me for the major inconvenience and for admitting that they remembered they messed up my order last time too, and they said they cannot offer me anything. Read moreI’ve been going to Senior Taco for years at both the waiting River and Miler place location. They’re usually very good but unfortunately after what happened today i’ll never go back and I recommend no one go there until they address their issues. The food is always good, the issue is the staff itself. I placed a phone order for 3 tacos at 6 pm. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up about 20 to 25 minutes later. Come in and pay. Take a seat and wait. I watch as other customers get their orders and now it’s 40 minutes. So i ask again. They say it will be soon. As the store is now empty and more Uber eats or door dash orders are being filled and picked up, my 3 tacos are still not down. So I go up a third time and now I see that they are starting my order.
