Ill rate my experience separately Food prety damn good wasnt too found of the anchor tho. 4-⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service well was pretty good till i had to start coming at 6 a.m.. this is where it starts to go wrong for me. So the first time about 2 days ago i called at 6 a.m exact and was asked to call back in 10 min that they werent ready yet. My gripe is be ready once your open i told the lady i was gonna be there in about 10 mins. So i just showed up to place my order ok fine thats one time. The next day i didnt expect to have the same problem so i finished a job up the road and i get here around 5:50 im sitting in my car right in front of the entrance and they see me with my lights on i think oh they see me so they'll be ready once they open. Nope not the case they told me that the griddle takes 15 mins to heat up and they turned it on at 6. Whatttt????. Ok i had to leave because i would be late to another spot i had to be at. So today i go there again get there same time 5:50 a.m and the lady sees me so i think theyll learn from last time but nope same answer so this time i waited becuase this would be the only time i would have to get something to eat till about 2 p.m and being up at 3 a.m i cant wait that long. I mean if you own a food spot and you say you open at 6 then be ready to serve the first customer at that time no one should have to wait for anything to heat up if your there already and hr or 2 before 5:45 start that griddle up its not hard its just laziness. Your there to serve people not make them wait 15 mins for the griddle and then another 15 mins for the food to be ready, 30 mins for a egg sandwich when no one elses is there i mean come on thats ludicrous. If i had another location to eat at i would definitely go there insted of here but its out of convenience now that i still come here and its not like this is my first week there ive been going here for months at different times.0-⭐ Cleanliness well the mates are always dirty food crumbs always on the floor. I think instead of being on the phone waiting till 6 to turn on the griddle maybe grab a broom and sweep for a few mins. But other then that tables are fairly clean so ill give a 3-⭐⭐⭐ Like i said i used to love coming here the food is good but lately the service has left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Hopefully they start working a little bit...

PLEASE LISTEN ALL I wouldn't even try to rate this even if someone payed me to. I came in on a Sunday and place looked pretty busy, this was the first time I tried this shop. I asked for a dozen bagels. Nice selection and variety not to complain about. The guy who helped me was young looking. Mid to early 20s. As I was walking out I saw cream cheese on display behind a tall glass wall. I turned around and he again helped me. I asked for 1 Vegetable cream cheese and 1 regular. As he's scooping it in the container I step over to look at the muffins which caught my eye. Just then a man from the back come out with fresh bagels and pulls them apart with his bare hands and puts the in the bagel baskets SMH. I then look at the man who's helping me and he's laughing with another older looking woman and he drops my cream cheese on the floor. At this point she laughs and he looks up to see if I was looking but not realizing I had stepped over to see the muffin display. He quickly picks it up and starts to scrap the top with the cover. I am beyond discussed. Again she still laughs and he shushes her away and finishes up with the other one. He then looks over and sees me in shock and asks if I need anything else. I asked him if he was still going to give me the one he dropped on the floor and he quickly says oh no I was going to get you a new one. OMG I told him I couldn't believe how filthy they were and my kids were going to eat that. I turned around and walked away. Bagels were ok but after seeing all that made me seriously rethink going...

I love this place. The most amazing food however, i been working at a job on main street for 2 months. I spend about 50 dollars every morning there for all my guys working. Normally all good. Today, I walked in asked for MY own order and my guys order. I come back to the job and NONE of them are correct. Not a big deal to me until I went back and asked politely for them to fix it and the blonde girl starts fighting with me telling me I didn't tell her what I wanted and that's why they're messedup... I politely said again regardless of whether she didn't hear me or not I definitely was super specific and I'd like to have them remade. (They were simple order too, bagels toasted with cream cheese and they put wrong cream cheese n didn't toast it) the blonde girl continued to yell across the bagel store w customers inside that I never was specific and it's my fault they came out wrong. Then the other lady thats tall with short brown hair steps in and tells me it's my fault and she can't remake them. I told her I'm the customer and I've worked at tons of bagel stores before when I was younger and we always made sure the customer got what they wanted. And the lady told me"thats not her problem and not their policy" I told her I'd write a review and I'd never come back and she laughed in my face and said "K BYE" ..... Jokes on them though because I know the owner. I love this place but because of how poorly I was treated today i have to give it one star. GLAD to know also that 90% of these reviews are about the same horrible rude...
