I’ve been coming to Jardín for a while now, and every single visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The service is consistently outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuine. From the moment you sit down and they bring out their signature yuca chips with salsa, you know you’re in for something special. Unlike many places, Jardín puts thought and care into every detail. One of my all-time favorites is the chicharrón guacamole—seriously, that chicharrón is next-level! Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the creamy guac—you can taste the love and tradition behind every bite. I’ve also tried several of their flatbreads, and each one has been delicious, with a great balance of textures and bold, fresh flavors. Their drinks are always crafted to perfection—balanced, refreshing, and never too sweet. And don’t even get me started on the carrot dessert—it’s a must! Moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness, it’s the kind of treat you think about long after the meal is over. Jardín is truly a gem. From their innovative, healthy dishes to the comforting classics done right, it’s clear they care deeply about what they serve. Highly recommend!

I went there on Monday with my family for my birthday. Just wanna start out by saying we were seated immediately, greeted with kindness and treated with top-notch service. We didn’t get the guacamole with Yuka chips to start, which was out of this world. My boys got the grass, fed burger, and the beach burger and loved loved both of them. My dad got the chicken fingers and french fries, which said they were out of this world. Unfortunately, I ordered the avocado toast which I would highly NOT recommend. You get one slice of bread-not toasted, with smeared mixed avacado (no idea what’s in it) instead of fresh sliced avacado and it seemed like they spilled the bottle of red pepper flakes in it so it burns your mouth. I left starving but everyone else was happy. I would definitely go back, but I would never order the avocado toast again.

The atmosphere is deceiving, you think it’s going to be a delightful experience but once you sit down and receive your drinks it goes down from there. My boyfriend ordered a lemonade and we were confused to see it come out with a purple color tone. To the terrible customer service where you have waiters and bartenders cursing and making jokes behind the bar. Once the appetizers came out we knew the rest of the meal was not going to be good. We ordered the octopus, ceviche, and wings. All the proteins were completely overcooked that they were inedible. Once we got our dinners the rice was boxed and hard, the steak was hard - you’re chewing for literally like 10 mins. If you’re looking for a nice date night with good food this is not the place for you. I would take your money elsewhere.

Took the family (5, plus 4 year old grand daughter) for brunch on Sunday 5th. we had 11:15 reservations. we were sat immediately (they only have 1 place to sit a party that big). we ordered and that is when it all started. a DJ set up about 15 feet away and played music that was way too loud. it should have been a nice background music, however it way loud enough that we had to raise our voices to speak to each other. Our food took 50 minutes to come out!. I order pancakes and unfortunately, they came out burnt. It looked like they tried to put the least burnt on top so I wouldn't see, but I flipped each one over and they were darker and darker as I got to the last one. I had to send them back (which I hate to do) I also ordered the avocado toast. I must say it was very good, however, all I got was a thin spread of avocado. I would think for $13 or $14 iIwould get a nice pile of avocado on the toast. the potatoes that goes with the meals were diced and roasted sweet potatoes and regular potatoes (not homefries as they say in the menu) we couldn't eat the regular ones since they were undercooked and hard. the sweet potato ones were fine. I waited about 15 more minutes for the pancakes to come out. finally I had to tell the waitress that I didn't want them anymore. well not 2 minutes later someone else brought over the pancakes. at this point I told her to cancel them, but she just left them on the table and said they would take them off the bill. I cant say much about the other meals besides my wife's omelette also looked over cooked (the eggs were a brownish color from over cooking, not the yellow color you expect). the others enjoyed their meals. the waitress was apologetic and kept saying sorry for the long wait. It wasn't her fault and I told her that. I still left her a 20% tip. No manager ever came by to tell us what was going on. maybe they were short staffed or something else, but it would have been nice for a person of authority to stop by to explain about the service. All in all it took 2 hours to come in, order and eat. My wife and i go out to eat at least 3 times a week and from my experience we will not be...

UPDATE: Gave this place on more try today. Never again. Had me waiting ridiculously long for a wellness shot. No sense of hussle. They stand around and talk. I walked out without even getting my order. I am so upset to not get to enjoy this place I was excited for. Absolutely no customer service here at all.

Unfortunately I am so disappointed. I stood at the register for 15 minutes with everyone coming by from behind the counter and just looking at me, no one even addressed me…not even saying “we’ll be right with you.” I was being blatantly ignored by five staff members who came by multiple times and just looked at me blankly and went about their business. I watched someone sit at the bar counter waiting 20 minutes for a coffee. I know this is a new business and that they’ll naturally need time to work out kinks…

We were huge fans of Nole and were extremely excited for a healthy food restaurant to be back at this spot. I took my husband here for his birthday lunch. 2 smoothies and 2 bowls came to almost $60, which I wouldn’t mind paying at all if the customer service (and food) were better. We were at a table to stay and they brought the bowls in a to go bag and forgot about the smoothies. I asked for no corn in my bowl, which was on my receipt, but my bowl had corn in it. The portions are small for what you are paying for. Again, I don’t mind paying higher prices but I would like to feel full after.

The ambiance is really pretty, hopefully the staff can improve their systems to make it a more enjoyable and relaxing experience. We are Patchogue Village locals and really wanted to love it here. We are very relaxed customers who are not usually complainers. The smoothies were good once we finally got them, I guess I just had higher expectations than what...

Just threw a bridal party here. I spent weeks speaking with Andrea in which it was stated there would be privacy given to us from the public. As stated he mentioned there would be a divider and also showed us a video from a previous party. He mentioned it’s provided by the cafe. When we brought it to his attention during the bridal shower, he said it was a miscommunication on our end…little does he know the whole convo was recorded. We were aware there would be no alcohol served. Instead of informing our guest, when asking for drinks, they took all alcohol orders without communities it with those in charge of the bridal shower. Food came out at 12 when the party ends at 1, yet it was only the starter. 12:10 the main courses came out, when ordering the main course I had allowed the waitress to know of a food allergy I had, in which she could not even simply understand what was mentioned and we had to continue to explain as its life threatening. 12:50 came and came was finally starting to be served, finished being served at 12:56.. 4 minutes prior to the end of our event. We had the public walking through our private event for most the event until we had to ask the employees to please lock the door. Nothing was set up as mentioned either. Workers were not here at time given by Andrea either for us to arrive at. Less than 24 hours in advance we were called to let us know one of our main dishes were not going to be an option to chose a second one, very unprofessional. Very disappointed in this whole situation and when brought to Andrea’s attention, it was excuse after excuse. No fault taken but plenty of blame given. Everything was absolutely recorded, I would not suggest throwing...
