Mama Bella's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

This place used to be excellent we actually really used to like getting pizza from here. Until it switched owners.(and from other reviews i see people agree). We ordered pizza today for delivery. My husband opened up the pizza box and all the cheese was to one side and it looked horrendous. Some of it was even off the pizza and into the box. We also ordered a regular Pepsi bottle and they gave us diet which none of us drink as we do not like it. I had ordered the pizza for my husband as he was busy in the yard working. I did not get home until late in the evening when my husband told me about this pizza. I immediately called because I felt that for the price we were paying for this pizza it should not have been like that. We paid $37 plus tax & tip for a pizza that most of the cheese was missing from and all the toppings were slid off of the pizza into the box with the cheese. The owner was extremely rude. Said it couldn't have been him who did it as he delivered it personally and he knows that the pizza was perfect when he handed it over. I understand things happen sometimes you make sharp turns maybe it wasn't flat on the floor or whatever the case was but I was just looking for them to maybe make it right because he couldn't even enjoy the soda or the pizza. The owner told me that we should not come back there and that we weren't allowed to get pizza from there anymore. I said that's a shame because we were willing to give another try because things happen and the pizza was usually tasty but in this case don't worry we will never be back and I'll make sure to let everybody know how rude he was to me. He insisted it wasn't his fault and that nothing was wrong with it. We got a refund which I am happy & thankful for but my main thing is how rude he was to a customer that has actually been going there for quite some time. Him being the new owner you would think that he wouldn't want to treat existing customers with an attitude. Don't worry we definitely won't be back as there are plenty of other pizzerias in the area that actually have better prices and are much nicer. And from what i see from other reviews much...

I was just thrown out won't return from being talkative bathe more than I can say for the owner paid for my food.other places to go won't return and post this ad about situation asked to leave did nothing bad kinda like the place till this and would post less than a star if I could .other places to go so I left goodbye. I just wanted to update my review 10 /29/22 11 months later that I found another to go to spot on 112 where they treat me pleasant much cheaper than there and even better slices. Ninos pizza on 112. 2.50. A slice and damn good why would I ever go back to your pizzeria after such treatment Rocco's also on 112 resteraunt a little more costly.both about a mile away. But have never been treated in the manner the owner did when I made purchases I have new go to spots goodbye feel so much better. After paying and not stealing. Goodbye again hope help others. The calamari was delicious and tender, I had the Thai calamari, very spicy, a little too much sauce. I also ordered a chicken cutlet hero and an eggplant parm hero. The sauce had no flavor, pretty bland but was still edible, I preferred the chicken parm better, also the sauce and the cheese falls off when trying to eat it, they should try putting some cheese on the bread first then the cutlets then some more cheese on top. The other thing that was a problem was that I had a local flavor coupon and found out after I ordered my heroes and calamari to have my order come to about $30, which is the amount my coupon allowed but found out that you had to order from the dinner menu only. The heroes were not on the dinner menu, so I had to order something else to go and the waiter then says that it was not for take out. I told him to bring me my food, I'll take a bite and wrap the rest up to go. They ended up doing the right thing and just wrapped it to go. What I don't understand is that they have burgers and wraps on the dinner menu but not heroes, they could have made an exception, if they had I would have thought of going back to...
