McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I don't normally give reviews for restaurants because I come from a family with people in the service industry, however the last 3 times we have been there for breakfast have not been enjoyable. Food comes out cold, orders are messed up, they always forget to give us something in the order. I have to say it's not all their fault as the one girl was taking orders up front and the drive thru. I had to ask that my food come out hot one time and she turned to the girl in the back to tell her! Then it takes soo long for it to come out and it's cold. This past week a man was placing his to go order.. we were next in line. Sat down and there was another man behind us and placed his order which came out before ours and before the man sitting next to us who had to go up to find out what happened to his order. When leaving the drive thru had to have at least 5 cars on the line with one car parked to the side waiting for his. I maybe just getting up a bit earlier and going...

The BEST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Any time I come here the service is awesome. The food is fresh especially the biscuits. Friendly workers. Everything is an A+. Great job to the Manager running the show in the Morning/Afternoon.

Edit: Employees are still nice but I think they just wanted to push the food out on this Day. Please see attached picture. I called and the Manager was accommodating. I did not get sick thank God. Temperatures should always be checked with meat and chicken.

Edit: 4/27/25 If someone doesn’t check the attitudes on the girl taking payment someone else will. This McDonald’s has turned into a freak show ran by teenagers who have zero respect. After her giving attitude I confronted her and she back peddled like the coward she is. I’m tired of it. I stuck up for this McDonald’s when I was given raw meat a couple of years ago. You just lost a customer that has been coming here since it opened....

This place is a joke, what happen to customer services. The manager with the hair slicked back was just hanging out with the staff. It’s like a school cafeteria here people just hanging out and talking about what to do after the shift. Why do the staff hang out over there if they’re not working?!? No one wants to help out. I was doing UBER and I waited patiently for the order from processsing to ready to pick up on the screen above the register. I was asking about it. The so called manager might have been upset when I inquired about it. He said it will be out when it comes out and ignored me. No one else came to help me. NOWORRIES I could just cancel the order and on to my next. What is upsetting is how the staff gets a higher wage than before but somehow the customer service went down hill. This place needs new management or it’s going to close like...
