McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I partake in the clown often. I have munched many a time at multiple McDonald locations; I have seen it all and experienced even more on my side when I too worked at unrelated restaurants and food services. Friends. Imagine. A large coffee courtesy the McCafe. I have a more naive, shy palette. My order: five creams, three sugars. What would you do to prepare this? Surely, at least add any of the requested additions. Alas, dear reader, i regret to inform you-- this is the remainder of my purchase. Behold it's inky darkness. Now, you say, that is one mistake. Not worth such a scalding review! Please know- the woes I have described are not even a droplet in the ocean of pain this dining experience had brought.

The way the drive thru employee handed my beloved partner the order can only be described as if my darling was an incel at a Beyonce concert; the boiling hot drink, without a lid properly attached, without any of the requested cream that may have prevented my poor lover's injuries. this isn't about a specific event. I go to this mcdonalds after work whenever I'm not in the mood to cook and definitely in the mood for a mcflurry or if it's in the morning, a hot cakes and sausage. My experience with other fast food chains on my way home have been annoying to say the least. Unlike this location i don't feel like their employees care much. I don't expect them to care much since I'm just one person of the many they will see that day. However I wish that they at least kept a positive nature like this locations employees DO. There isn't much to say about a location I've barely ever had any problems with besides that they should keep doing what they're doing. The last time I went, I got the name of the manager and the employee who helped me. Thus, I would like to say thanks karin and stephany as well as all the other employees i didn't get the name of. This McDonald's was very impressive. The interior and decor was very modern and inviting and comfortable. The color scheme and comfortable furniture made me want to stay a while. I rarely eat fast food, but that day i did because the restaurant was very clean, the seats/arm chairs and club chairs and tables were clean and not sticky and very inviting. I sat next to the fireplace for over an hour watching one of the several fifty inch TV's. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a family because of the indoor playground or anyone who wants to eat at a clean, comfortable modern McDonald's. Oh, and the food was great, the kitchen looked clean and management and the employees seemed like they took pride in their restaurant.
