McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I went to this stuff. This evening around 3 AM. I tried using. And it will. Come to find out the system was down. The gentleman on the loudspeaker asked me at least 10 times what my order was. It literally. Was 1 double 1/4 pounder with extra cheese, and the other was a regular quarter pounder with cheese. I also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and 2 cinnamon buns well. Let's say by the time I got to the window. 15 minutes later, they asked me what my order what my order was again. I explained, and someone else came to the window. They said I'm so sorry our system is down." My manager's writing everything down. I asked 2x if he was sure the price would be correct. I said well how would I get the correct amount?""" He assured me that she was looking up the pricing well. Let's just say there is no grilled chicken sandwich. When I received my chicken sandwich, of course, it was incorrect as they don't even sell this item anymore. Of course, they refunded my money. I still was waiting for my 2 cinnamon buns. Well. Let's just say by the time I got home. I had 4 1/4 pounders, none with Cheese, and guess what? No cinnabons, my order came out to over $26 dollars. When I called the location, I got a very rude manager who said I didn't even charge you for the cheese, so it's not a big deal it. Is a big deal because that's not how I ordered my sandwich? Also, I have 4 of them, which I only needed. They're all regular quarter pounders. With no cheese, not to mention no sentiments that I actually waited an additional ten minutes for.. I didn't get any. Fries no drinks, nothing just 2 burgers and 2 cinnabons, and it came out to $26.95. How?????? Is that possible well? Let's just say I'll be meeting with the manager in the morning because the manager at night is. Atrocious. Oh by the way the $26 was with the refund of the chicken sandwich!!!!!!! which was a fried sandwich on a bun? With nothing on. Not even lettuce. No...

Worst experience ever at McDonald's. I ordered a lg Coke, Lg iced caramel coffee, and big mac. We pull up to pay and we paid then go to second window where we were handed the soda, and big mac and told to park in spot one. I figured they just run out and were brewing it so i waited not 5 minutes but 15 before it was brought out by an older woman who was rude. My wife takes a sip and said theres no flavoring and there was coffee grounds in it. So we bring it back inside i wait till im called up to register i figured id order some fries since we had to go in again. The older woman comes to take order i told her about coffee saying there was no flavor and coffee grounds were in it and i wanted to order something else she completely ignores the fact i wanted to order something else and states the coffee is made automatically ( i worked at McDonald's for 3 years and unless how they make iced coffee is changed its not automatic) and with an attitude she says fine ill remake it. Waited 30 minutes and felt forgotten about as she kept running out orders to cars and didn't acknowledge me at all when she came back and decided to make it i reminded her its caramel iced coffee when telling another crew member she got it wrong like 6 times luckily i heard it otherwise it would have been wrong when she came back shes like move aside i said I wanted to order a medium fry and with an attitude she said "aNd YoU WaNA oRdER A MEdiUm FrY" while rolling her eyes and with an anoyed sarcastic response. This mcdonald's was great at one point when the older woman wally was there now its run like garbage and full of attitudes. Manager gave a free sandwich card but quite honestly i dont even wanna go...

The worst McDonald’s on Long Island. I lived here for 22 years and never have I seen a worse McDonald’s location. I’ve been the constant victim of food poisoning and diarrhea from the many times I’ve been to this location. Service is ALWAYS slow and they get orders wrong all the time. I’d always suck it because of how close it was to my home but tonight was the last straw. I had to cancel a DoorDash order because the driver couldn’t find the store, so I figured I’d get some McDonald’s because I had just waited 2 hours for food to arrive. I get there at 11:50 and there is a line. Service is so slow that I get up to Order at 12:10. I get two fried some nuggets and a coke .she punched it in right on screen. Several people got so tired of waiting they left the line. I had already had enough of my time wasted so I’m going to get my food because I’m invested. I’m one car behind the window when someone pulls to the side and starts arguing with the person in the window. One employee gets out not to deal with the guy but to also yell at the lady in the drive threw window. These people are both idiots for standing in the road. I get my Order and I get back home before eating. I checked my bag beforehand, but I took a sip of my drink and it was diet. Ever since the remodel this bull has been turned up to eleven....
