Ralph's Italian Ices — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I am happy with the ordering from this location. I had a reay bad craving for Bubble Gum Ice Cream because I watched Free Guy one to many times. So....After looking online what companies had what flavors, this is the only location that has Bubble Gum Flavored Italian Ice, But Not Bubble Gum Flavored Ice Cream. I had it delivered through door dash. I received it frozen and awsome quality goodness. I enjoyed it very much. So after Ryan Reynolds in Free Guy made me crave Bubble Gum Ice Cream, please make this flavor available in Ice Cream as well and not just in Italian Ice, and when a customer orders through door dash, Please include spoons. Its not the delivery persons responsibility to get spoons with a order in a bag that's been sealed and stapled shut for safety of the customer, it's the responsibility of the store placing the food item for delivery for the customer. And if you can make Bubble Gum Flavored Ice Cream, I'm sure it would be approved by Ryan...

Fun stop! I've seen a bunch of Italian ice signs around, and it's not something that AZ has a ton of. I'm glad I chose this over DQ today. The young ladies were helpful and patient, as has been my experience here on LI. I was glad there wasn't a line behind me.

There's an arrow on the door that points you to the serving window, so I'm not sure if the lobby is open or not.

I had a "twister," or ice cream/ice/ice cream on top. In the larger cup you can get 2 or 3 flavors of ice--and there are about a million flavors to choose from. I had 2 water-based ices (there are also creamy ices), and the flavor and texture were on point. The ice cream in this case was soft serve, and had a very creamy texture, more like a custard, with a nice vanilla note.

The menu is so extensive that I'm going to have to come back a few times to sample other items. I'm looking forward to trying a sundae with some of their...

I come to this location very often and usually never have any problems. However after visiting last night I will never be returning again and will be finding a new location I purchased four different items One of the items had severe freezer burn and didn't taste right after returning to the counter within minutes and explaining that it tasted bad and tasted like it had freezer burn them manager said well there's nothing I can do about it you would need to purchase a new one I have never experienced this type of customer service at this location and due to this will never be returning.
