Came through for drive through, we told them we needed a minute and about a minute later we said they were ready. Nobody responded, and we waited patiently as other cars lined up behind us. We repeated ourselves multiple times, nobody took our order. We then drove to the next window and saw the entire staff was there with their headsets on, ignoring us the whole time while sipping drinks and laughing.
When they saw us they were shook and immediately tried to start pretending like they were busy. They looked at us a few times but still pretended to be busy, then someone finally asked what we want. We explained to them that we waited 5 minutes at the intercom to order and they didn't seem to care at all and said something about it not showing.

Then something happens that is awkward, a male staff decided to changed the menu sign on top of the food counter where the juice and paper bags for the food were. So whatâs so disgusting about this? He stood on the top of the food counter twice with his black sneakers shoes on! WITH HIS SHOES ON ⌠on top of the counter where our food was made. Again, with his shoes on! We were staring at him and the rest of the crew⌠and it seems to be that is normal to this WENDYâs.
While we are in there, unsatisfied customers complained how bad the customer service was and the food was considered the worst food in the area. An old couple even said, the diner food is better that this burger. He opened his burger and stare at it. Ouch!
