I have lived in the area 14 years, think their food is very good but this cranky female owner will never change and I have not been there in years. I am a diehard and gave it one more try. On the way home after the hospital tonight, my nephew and I stopped in and he went in to place the order. When he asked for my food (one container) to be placed in a separate bag, she got so abrupt and starts throwing bags and food around and is clearly agitated over a customer request and I watched all this from the car outside the store. Boneless ribs and egg rolls were good, however woman working would not take credit card without first putting on gloves, then proceeds to hand me card back with gloves on then removed gloves, walked over (by refrigerator behind the counter) & PUT SOCKS ON HER SONS FEET WITHOUT GLOVES then proceeded to handle containers of food before I told her to wash her hands, which she did but only because I said something to her. Wish I could give this terrible business 0 stars. I asked the woman a couple simple questions over the phone and she got mad and hung up on me when I finished my order. Didnt take my name, phone number, nothing. I went in there and confronted her about it asking why she had to huff and puff at me over the phone and be so rude. She called me crazy and threw my debit card at me. Ended up in a screaming match in the middle of the store until I decided to take my business elsewhere. Rudest woman I've encountered in a while.
