Well it is good in some ways. If you can get there early. If not probably shouldn't bother, opens at 5:30 a.m. and if you come after 8a.m. no later than 9 if you want anything fresh or any donuts. Not sure what they sell rest of the day other than prepared items that are ok at best. Went In at noon on a Sat. A mistake pretty much out of everything and they will let someone, one single customer buy out all of anything they have so they can sell out early of things. They don't do a second donut drip or refill but they always sell out early, Don't understand that one. What they sell the rest of the day they should just sell at a local supermarket, Frozen or on the shelf for days. Customer service is hit and miss at best, some good most are kind of inept, especially with customer interaction. Bought some items they had. If the eclair we bought was fresh I am from Mars, very hard, I mean I could have scraped off the chocolate and used it as a milk Bone for the dog. Absolutely terrible and the chocolate was not very good quality. The one Donut we bought only had 2 left was not very fresh either, and the cinnamon roll is not as good as ones from festival. We bought an individual Cheedecake with a fruit topping. The Fruit topping was just the same jelly they fill their donuts with, and the cheesecake had no real cheesecake flavor and the crust was dry and stale, So it is meh, unless you want to be there at 5:30 when they open. I used to be able to physically go into bakery and pick out the items I need for the special family events. But life progresses as it does, and I can not physically go to the bakery. So I have to call to place pick-up orders over the phone. This is not my favorite way to order. It is hit or miss what mood you will get on the phone, and I really dislike giving my card number over the phone with security code and the employee repeating it. That is irritating and could be resolved with online ordering. My last experience calling in an order was the worst. I was repeating everything. The worker never said the connection was bad she just kept saying what? Or sighing loudly. Then, the phone was passed to another employee. Who told me she would take my order because the other employee couldn't understand me. So I gave my order, date and time of pick up. Was assured it was good and would be ready. So I had a family member go to pick up the order the afternoon on the next day. There was no order. It was never written down. Luckily, my family member was able to find some alternatives to make it work. Please consider offering...

Hello to the Kind people at the Manderfields West store . A few weeks ago I Ordered a Retirement cake for my Husband at a different cake business And when I picked it up. I saw Cross on the cake ..It was not Appropriate For a Retirement... So I was so shocked ... I thought Of Manderfields... I called immediately To see if they would be able to help Me ...by fixing the cake. They were so accommodating I brought the cake in 20 minutes Later.... and their cake designer Did an Absolute Fantastic remodel Of the cake.... To top it off. ....they told me there Was NO CHARGE!!! THEY wanted to help me out and Told me to pay it forward.... I just wanted to take the time to SHARE MY SUPER EXPERIENCE with the crew at Manderfields. What a Genuine Business. Our Families will never forgot It.. and we Always will patronize The Manderfields store. We live in Darboy that is our usual go To Bakery!!!!!!
