I am beyond disgusted with the store. I have had my wedding ring for more than three years and have added onto it within the three years. The jeweler can never get anything correct when it comes to sizing or adding beads to make it fit my finger and he is only there During the times or customers are unable to reach him. This Store has gone through staff beyond belief. It has an extremely High turnover rate. I was promised my Ring two weeks ago. I have been lied to multiple times today. My husband called in to see if my ring was available as it was promised to be in today and the new manager was completely brash has absolutely no management skills and or customer service skills or soft skills. She proceeded to tell me that my ring was going to be out for week. What happened to customer service what happened to communicating with your clients that have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this company. It is lacking more than a good manager. It is lacking everything in general. I will no longer be doing business with this company that I looked so highly up to when the first set of staff were there and made sure that everything was done correctly when it came to communication. I am beyond disappointed I can’t even say mad. It’s pretty much above that but the new manager needs to go. It’s as if she moved from McDonald’s up to a jewelry store manager, but then hangs up on her clients because she doesn’t know how to rectify a situation and or properly speak to a customer that is disappointed due to the multiple lies I have been told to them in regards to their jewelry pick up. This company is falling apart and falling apart fast. I will not recommend this business to anybody.
Continue to my complaint received my ring three weeks later and everything is bent, and now it is cracking I took it to a different jeweler, and they said that it was poorly fixed and it’s cracking underneath the van because it was probably placed under too much heat, I am unbelievably Dissatisfied. I can’t even say I’m angry. I am actually disappointed that this actual organization is open and selling to the public, knowing that they do not have educated people that knows how to handle or size jewelry correct correctly. I am now forced to have to take the legal route since they will not correct the problem and every single time I ask them to correct the problem. It comes back to me damaged even more not to mention now I’m missing...
Read moreI originally bought a coach watch for my girlfriend on 2/13/2023. The very first time she wore the watch one of the pins holding the links together fell right out. On 3-1-23 I took the watch back to get sent out and worked on. They told me they could order the part and that they would call me when it arrives. I waited and waited, after a couple weeks I called to find out the status of the part for the watch. It has not come in yet is what I kept being told. Long story short the part never came in, I was then told they can send it out to get it fixed so they did. Over the next few weeks I called on the status only for them to keep telling me to be patient and it should arrive soon. After months of waiting and being told whatever they needed to keep me quiet they then informed me that they could not get me a new one and had to give my money back, that was on 7/16/23 and I still have not received my refund-check in mail. This was on July 16th 2023. So I bought an expensive watch, it broke, I returned it to them to fix and 6 MONTHS later still no watch, no refund and loads of wasted time. This has been a horrible experience and it has ruined what was supposed to be a nice gift for valentines day anf turned it into a nightmare without even offering a suggestion for a gift to replace what was broken. I do not think the staff were completely honest throughout the process and further I believe the "ball" was dropped several times, resulting in tons of wasted time and effort, poor communication and no valentines gift for my girlfriend. Thanks Ashcroft for single handedly ruining a gift that I was so...
Read moreI bought a ring in February of 2019 and have taken it back to get repairs 4-5 times. I called home office and they were only able to find two on record. When speaking with the male associate a while back I was told I could trade in my ring and buy one for double the price, referring to their trade in program. He said that’s my only option even though I had insurance, and was extremely rude while I tried to explain I would rather be bought out of my continuously broken ring. Fast forward to this week, I attempted to get my ring fixed one more time. I told them my prongs were lifted and breaking, and that my ring needed to be reshaped. It was ready quickly, but only reshaped. I was told the prongs were filed down, and tightened. When I picked up the ring, there was hair in the prongs. Upon further inspection, the morganite center stone had multiple chips around the outer edge. When I called to speak with someone about what exactly they had done to the ring, I was told “well why wouldn’t you bring it back” and then spoke with the manager. The manager was very rude and short, when I mentioned that they had chipped my ring she said nothing and then the call was disconnected. The home office customer service rep, Gretchen, is fantastic and is attempting to get me help. Unfortunately there’s not much that can be done without the stores cooperation,...
