Dear Moe's Southwest Grill Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a series of serious concerns I recently encountered at your establishment. As a long-time customer who has always enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Moe's, I was deeply disappointed with my latest visit.
Firstly, the state of the bathrooms was appalling. They were dirty and unkempt, reflecting a complete disregard for basic hygiene standards. This is not only unacceptable but also poses a health risk to your customers. Also, I understand it’s a bathroom, but the disgusting smell of stale urine all over! Accompanied by the doo-doo stains left in the toilet bowl, it is truly revaulting.
Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The floors were sticky, the tables were not properly cleaned, and the general ambiance was far from the welcoming environment I have come to expect from Moe's.
Moreover, the staff on duty appeared to be childish and inexperienced. The only professional worker last evening was what I would assume is the store manager. She was an older woman short pony tail working the register. Other than than their behavior was unprofessional, and they lacked the basic courtesy and efficiency needed to provide a pleasant dining experience. There was a young gentleman working who kept saying something about earning a gold star! Like get real brother. This was further exacerbated by their poor grooming and lack of presentability, which is not reflective of the high standards Moe's claims to uphold.
I urge you to address these issues promptly. Clean and maintain your establishment to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for your customers. Additionally, please invest in proper training and grooming standards for your staff to ensure they represent your brand with the professionalism it deserves.
I hope to see significant improvements on my next visit, and I look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps you will take to rectify...
Read moreWORST customer service experience ever! We ordered online delivery which showed up 20 minutes late. We were missing half of our order so we called and were greeted by a woman named Chasity who knew exactly what order we were talking about as she said she is looking at our order right now. She said that the delivery guy forgot to grab both bags. She said we would have to contact the delivery app to go back to get our order and that the restaurant couldn’t do anything. We also ordered the food through the Moes website so they should be responsible for utilizing that food delivery service rather than pawning off all of the blame. We ended up driving 15 minutes to the Moes Restaurant to collect our order and see if maybe we could get a credit to justify this. The young man at the counter chastised us when we brought up our complaint saying that they did nothing wrong and that we have to call Doordash for a refund. He then went on to talk back to my fiancé about covering her face with her shirt as she did not have her mask with her. Also note that Chasity did not have her face mask covering her nose and the man behind the counter pulled his mask down when he was chastising us. After all of this we only ended up getting our cold nachos that sat...
Read moreAs a company, moes is one of my favorites! I have a location right up the street from my house and the crew they USED to have was AMAZING! Beyond friendly and the food tasted so good I was eating there 3 times a week! Unfortunately, they got a completely new crew and it’s made me HATE eating at moes. Every time I get food from there I completely regret it and usually end up throwing out the main part of my meal and only eating chips and queso! I’ve had a completely uncooked quesadilla, cheese completely unmelted when I opened the tin foil when I got home, it was DISGUSTING. I’ve been given a completely ripped open burrito, given LESS than the correct amount of change and I’ve even watched them mess up a order before mine, check to see if the customer saw and when they realized they didn’t, they wrapped it in the bag and sold it anyways! I honestly watched the women look at the pick up ticket, say to the manager she messed up, then asked if the customer was there yet to pick up and when she noticed they weren’t, she wrapped it up and I watched her sell it to the gentleman when he came in to pick it up. Super lazy and upsetting that my favorite place has been ruined because employees don’t want to take their...
