I placed my order online and went to this location. Upon arriving to pick up our meal, we were told that we canceled the order, which was incorrect. The manager then rudely told us he didn't need us holding up the drivethrough to come inside. When entering the manager, Kevin kept telling us we had canceled the order and that it showed up canceled on their end. I explained to him that on my end, the order is still placed, shows paid, and was ready for pick up. You can not even cancel the order on the KFC app. The app showed order ready. My email had confirmation of the order, and my bank account showed the money for the order debited for my account. I explained this to the manager, who did not seem to care but "wanted us out of the store." After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, we received an incomplete meal. I explained to the manager and again attempted to show him the meal on the app. He then hands me the rest of the meal and says, "Enjoy your free meal." This was extremely embarrassing in front of the 5-7 customers in the store and his staff and is extremely unacceptable. I will never order anything from this KFC again, not worth the embarrassment. Unacceptable behavior from a manager, I've worked in customer service for 17 years and have never seen such an unprofessional and rude manager in my life. This will not be tolerated, and Kevin will need serious retraining or repositioning to understand the consequences of his actions.

The women with the glasses that works @ the drive-way needs to be removed, she's not friendly , extremely rude.
