If you are looking to have some solid silver cleaned, they do a fantastic job. But anything else, they cannot be trusted with.

I had things made here numerous times and they seemed to do a good job at first. Little did I know that I was being robbed blind after the last few jobs I commissioned.

I had a mens' ring that I had made and I gave pure gold and some 750 gold to be made into 14k WHITE gold. My ring came out really lightweight and I had to keep coming back and always bringing more gold. And I got a substandard yellow gold ring with six 1/5-carat VS diamonds being switched for smaller (1/12-carat) and more inferior (I3) stones. I brought 0.35ct diamonds of even size and when I got my ring back, two stones were switched to smaller stones. It took suspiciously long, but that was the reason why. They were busy embezzling my gold and switching my diamonds. They were using some other holiday demand as an excuse.
