Where do I begin? We had our daughter's party scheduled from 3:00pm-5:00pm and from the moment we came in, the staff greeted us. We met our hostess Lisa almost immediately as she came right out to introduce herself and walk us over to our table. We got there about half an hour early and everything was already nicely set up. Throughout our time there, Lisa did a spectacular job by being so friendly and attentive. The manager, Denishah was also amazing. She also came over to introduce herself and let us know that if we needed anything to please come see her. She also helped provide support during the party and was just so incredibly friendly, kind and professional. We all had a great time and my daughter wants to come back to this Chuck E. The manager Joe is a crook to a prospect employee. I spoke with him through his kitchen window, asked him if they were hiring, and he said a loud YES; he told me to go to the store website and apply, he did not say anything else. I applied for 2 positions that same day. I called the store a few times trying to reach Joe, he was never in the store when I called; I got to talk with him on the phone 11 days after we spoke, and he said "We will actually start hiring for after the Summer ends". I asked him if he was the same Joe that I spoke with or if there is another Joe in the store, he said he is the only Joe. Whether other/many/most employers do the same I do not care; no one should do that to a US citizen who does not have a job and is in dire need of one. Outstanding Service from Gisella!

I had a great experience during my recent visit to Chuck E. Cheese, all thanks to Gisella! Despite working alone during a busy time, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She greeted guests with a smile, handled multiple responsibilities at once, and still managed to provide excellent customer service to every family that walked through the door.

It’s not easy managing everything solo, but Gisella did it with patience and grace. She made our visit feel fun and welcoming—even with the challenges of being short-staffed. She truly went above and beyond, and deserves recognition for her dedication and positive attitude.
