I ordered the two for six Filet-O-Fish without tartar sauce and a medium drink. I asked for two sides of Buffalo sauce. I looked at my bill and they charged me for the Buffalo sauce, to the sum of $0.70. The associate told me there is a charge for buffalo sauce or ranch sauce, etc. I told her I have asked for this in the past and have never been charged. She said they should not have given you the free sauce, we have been charging for a few months now. I told her I was just in here last week and they gave me free Buffalo sauce. The girl proceeded to walk away. I asked a very nice gentleman for the manager, the manage reiterated what the associate said, it's been like that for a while. I told her I was not aware of this and it should have been communicated to me. After dealing with her obstinate behavior, I said two things are going to happen either refund my entire meal or refund me for the Buffalo sauce. She said you've already used the buffalo sauce so I can't refund it to you. I said it's right behind you because I haven't received my meal yet, which is a whole other issue. She ultimately refunded the buffalo sauce. I told her you need to communicate that to customers. She says she has no control over the menu board. I said you need to instruct your associates tell customers that there is a charge if this is a new policy. This location has gone downhill, particularly at night. Read moreI am appalled at the level of service I just received at my neighborhood McDonald's Store #28041, Wegmans parking lot. I will preface this comment by stating that I visit NO LESS THAN ten times per week, especially for coffee, typically around 7am. This morning at 4:50 am I parked and entered the empty lobby and literally shouted for service after waiting at the counter for five minutes unattended. I was met by an employee staying "The lobby is NOT OPEN, you MUST use the drive-thru" I informed the employee that I walked in open doors so the lobby is, in fact, open othetwise I would not be in here??!!! I ordered two coffees and was unbelievably told......."YOU MUST GO THRU THE DRIVE THRU TO PLACE YOUR ORDER" No apology for their error, absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....they very simply could have handed me 2 coffees, walked around the corner n rang them up and locked the door after me. I asked for YOUR MANAGER, HAILEY, who agreed with the cashier that I had to leave your open building, get in my car, drive thru the drive thru to get 2 coffees to go....WITH NOT A WORD OF APOLOGY.....This is NOT MCDONALD'S. As a grandmother of three toddlers and a hospice professional I count on coffee and Happy Meals, however, after this morning, I'm reminded that Burger King is one block away and may appreciate my $100 a month contribution MUCH MUCH MORE than your morning crew under Bailey's direction. Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced and i wasn't even there for more than 5 mins. Pulled up to the drive-thru where the car in front of me was done ordering and pulled up as much as they could but was still in front of the speaker so I was unable to order. The woman taking the orders was nasty from the start trying to take an order but i hadn't even pulled up yet because there was no room so she couldn't. She tried again two more times getting nastier each time (Again, nothing I could do because the line wasn't moving and another car was blocking the speaker). When i was able to pull up she left us sitting there until i said "hello" she answered with an attitude saying "Welcome to McD, I asked you multiple times and you didn't answer, How can I help you?" and I said "excuse me" she repeated herself again and i told her I wasn't even up to the speaker yet. she didn't apologize and we ended up getting out of line to go somewhere else. Why would I not answer if someone is trying to take my order? Use common sense to understand when someone can't hear you. When we were waiting for her to reply after saying "hello" the car in the second drive-thru window got out of line and sped off as well so i can tell this is a regular thing. I tried to be understanding but there is no excuse to treat a customer who had just gotten there like that. Don't recommend this location.
