This location's food portion size has gone downhill drastically, most notably the hamburger patties - conversely, their prices continue to climb rapidly! I had originally thought that this was a franchise-wide trend, until I visited another McDonalds restaurant in my area and another while on a road trip. Turns out this store is shady af. Like insanely shady. The hamburger patties look as though someone has butterfly-sliced them through the center and then proceeded to trim off the edges! Not only do you have to contend with paper-thin "meat", but saying the customer service is below par would be an understatement. There is always something missing from every order, but I guarantee they didn't forget to charge you for it. My last soft drink order was only 2/3 full when handed out to me through the drive thru window. When I was finally able to gain the associate's attention I was told that they "have no control over the amount dispensed and that putting it back under would create a mess and wasn't allowed". (Have you ever heard something so outrageous that you physically squint to make sure you heard it correctly?? Yeah, that was me.) Annoyed and in complete awe of the ridiculousness unfolding via the disrespectfully prosed face of disbelief at MY apparent ignorance, I handed the cup back and asked for at least some ice to fill it out. With scowl and hissy sigh the associate snatched the cup and proceeded to shove it against the automatic lever under the ice dispenser. Now, although my soft drink now had zero carbonation left from that brilliant maneuver, at least I had the satisfaction of witnessing the inherent mess that was caused by nothing more than a drive thru worker on a power trip! Read moreWorst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. Condescending, poorly trained, and management has no idea how to treat their customers. So I pull in with my girlfriend and my son to get a basic order. 2 large drinks one diet on regular and 3 cheeseburgers. 2 with no ketchup and extra cheese. Pull through the window and the card reader said her card was declining. It showed on my girlfriend's bank app that there was a pending order from McDonald's. We were confused and we asked if they could try it again or to see a manager. We were not aggressive in any way and my son was very content being quiet in the back seat in his car seat. Then we have a manager come up who looked like a punk just there to collect a pay check and we showed him my girlfriend's app on her phone displaying the pending charge and the fact we had 750 in her account. He asked if we would let his gm see this. He takes her phone behind the windows which is against policy. The gm comes out and gives us an attitude like we are trying to get a free meal. Told us that it's our card and we have to talk to our bank. So we pull over in the parking lot and I just walk in and use the new touch screen self check out. Order the same order and use my girlfriend's card on that card reader and behold no issues. If they did their job they would know that their drive thru card ready is broken and their drive thru attendant needs more training and some coaching. My girlfriend and I have both worked in customer service. She has was a waitress for 6 years and is now a home health aid and I have 8 years of retail and sales and now work for one of the biggest call centers on the east coast. Read moreThis location constantly has problems. Been going here 14+ years. Tonight was the last straw. Waited 10 mins in a drive thru that only had one car in front of us. The lobby was also empty except for an old couple. By time they answered their headset to take our order, 8 other cars had pulled in between behind me and next to me in the other lane, that had previously been empty. 4 other cars got answered in the other lane before me. Finally got to the window. Was told an incorrect amount for the total, and when I questioned it they blatantly lied and said it was tax. I get my receipt back. They rounded my total up for the Ronald donation, when I never said I wanted that. FRAUD. Also had to pull to the second window to wait yet again. For 2 fountain drinks. That’s all we ordered.
Just a couple months ago I heard a manager at the drive thru window yelling at the rest of the staff and telling them to stop doing DRUGS at work on break. I now see why and that the problem has yet...
