Healthy never tasted so good. Been eyeing this location for over a month now, and today I finally got a chance to stop by. Ordered in person going with the Matcha Smoothie and the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli bowl, coming to just over $30 after tax. Might seem a little steep for just two items, but the bowl was well worth it. On the way home I sipped down the Matcha and boy was that good. Smooth, rustic, and not too sweet. It really nailed that verdant Green Tea flavor, and the added 29 grams of plant protein allowed me to drink the whole thing without feeling too bad. The chicken bowl was a whole different ball game though. I got the large bowl, and it was in fact quite big. The teriyaki flavor was tremendous, the spicy broccoli had a light heat, and my choice to get the double chicken serving really put the savory in every bite. I will say the fried egg was mildly disappointing, not worth the added $1.25, but extra protein is extra protein. Really filled up on the bowl thanks to the massive amount of quinoa, so if you're hungry and a large man like myself, just know this will suffice. Overall I was very impressed with the food quality. Service was nice, and the prices reasonable. Would totally come back again.

I had never been here before and discovered it while shopping nearby. It was an amazing find, everything there looked absolutely amazing and we ended up getting the steak and blue salad, chicken teryaki Broccoli warm rice bowl, and baked mac n cheese. It was all SO good. The salad was fresh, bacon crisp, and blue cheese perfectly mixed in with dressing. The broccoli in the teryaki bowl was well seasoned, rice soft and perfectly cooked. I usually don't like chicken, but this was really good. The mac n cheese was not gluten free because it did have baked breadcrumbs on top. It was really good, nice and cheesy. This was such a great lunch stop and I will definitely be going here again and recommending more people.

I was really excited about this place because everything looks great and almost everything is gluten free. A little warning though that I wouldn’t recommend it for Celiacs. I became sick during eating which indicated there was gluten contamination somehow on the Mac and cheese or poke bowl. Unfortunately I had to throw away after a couple bites. Otherwise if you do not have an allergy it is a great concept. Edit: Came to the location to try again. It turns out the toaster is kept above the gluten free side items so a crumb probably fell in. They scooped me som from a fresh batch and I did not get sick this time.

This is a recent addition to the lunch scene in Clifton Park. It's ok for dinner if you're looking for a fast minimal experience. The feel of the place is comparable to a small cafeteria at a tourist attraction. It attempts to be trendy, but to deal with high traffic and a chain, sacrifices some personality. It is counter service only, and you bus your own dishes. This is good for families, and people looking to sit and chat for a while, as you are not bothered by servers. When we were there, a gentleman was reading the paper, not far from a child in another party that was throwing food on the floor. (Not the norm, I'm sure, i mention it to reinforce the comfortable atmosphere). The food was very tasty. There were 3 of us in the party, and we all had a different type of dish, and we all cleaned our plates. There are many, many choices of plates, and also the option to build your own. That being said, the serving sizes are at issue. You can basically get a full or a half size. Though based on the size of the full, the half must be the size of a side salad elsewhere. If you get the regular amount of protein, ie, beef, chicken, it is a very small handful. You can get extra, but then you pay extra. Overall, this is not a value place, and will eliminate a lot of its customers once the newness wears off because it is quite expensive for what you get. Perhaps because it's in Clifton Park, and there is a want for healthier options. Even with a coupon for buy a bowl get a bowl free, for two of us, i still paid over 18$ for one bowl and one drink. This is a great idea, with good food, but the price puts it in the once in a blue...

SUPER HONEST REVIEW FROM A FOODIE:

I never give reviews unless it's well deserved. This place does deserve an outstanding 10/10 review...Everything tastes absolutely amazing... HOWEVER... This is the second time I've ordered this Buffalo Southwest Chicken wrap & it had barely any chicken in it again. I planned ahead this second time around and ordered EXTRA chicken, paying $2.50 more, and there were about 4-5 little chunks of chicken STILL. Which is unacceptable when paying extra money - I went through the reviews of this place & it seems to be a common problem with bowls & wraps. I would recommend a scale being used in the kitchen every single time to avoid this situation further. Get 3/4oz of meat in whatever bowl/wrap is being ordered. Lettuce, beans and rice cost barely anything, meat is pricey, I get that.. I don't mind paying $14 for a wrap - if it has the adequate amount of meat in it that's requested & paid for. Otherwise its a glorified salad in a tortilla wrap.

No lie - the food is absolutely AMAZINGGG. This is not intended to bash this place because the food is stellar. However any & all food business's can benefit from opinions from a big foodie such as myself. I will absolutely be going back because its really that good. Hoping to give a 5 star review for...
