I’d like to thank Daniel for making my first visit to Blaze a pleasant experience. I for one am not a fan of pizza so when my mother suggested this place to me for dinner after work, I was quite hesitant. The line was very packed for 7 pm on a Tuesday thus lowering my appeal to eat there even further. I got to finally order and the workers all seemed to be busy with other tasks when he came and took my order, despite him himself being busy pressing dough. He then proceeded to walk me through the menu and even recommended the double pepperoni pizza that I was informed was the apparent promotion of the month. I am quite picky and opted for a build your own on the high rise crust; which to my surprise he walked me through the whole line explaining the variety of toppings available, as well as the offers of salt and oregano at the end of the line! I was then cashed out at the register and although he had prepared my pizza he also cooked it taking care of me every step of the way. We talked and laughed and when the pizza was done it was cooked evenly and I was informed there were more options for sauces that can be drizzled at the end of everything! I enjoyed my food as well as my experience eating there. I will be coming back to this location in particular for his above and beyond,...

There's something to be said about the Subway style of creating a meal at a fast food location, and Blaze has taken that science and adjusted it to work for the common pizza.
I stopped in after work to pick up some dinner and built my own pizza, starting with the high rise crust, the classic red sauce, and topping that with a 3-cheese blend of mozzarella, ricotta and parmesan. For my toppings I rolled with grilled chicken, applewood smoked bacon, roasted red peppers, green bell peppers, roasted garlic, chopped garlic, and mushrooms.
Had it baked until well done, and then topped with a drizzle of BBQ sauce. For what I would call a robust and hearty version of the common BBQ chicken pizza. And all for just a little over $17 with tip, not too shabby.
Back home I dug into my creation and was very satisfied with the flavor and texture. Nice and crunchy crust, toppings that compliment each other, everything enhancing the pizza to a delicious degree. My only one complaint would be that, because the pizza was cut twice, once before the well done bake was finished (an accident), it made for rather awkward sized slices. Some too unwieldily to be held with one hand without making a mess. Aside form that, everything else...
Read moreThis place sucks. It offers so many toppings that they CAN NEVER GET AN ORDER RIGHT unless you are right in front of them. This is the 3rd time this year that they have screwed up our order, this time it was delivery of the 5 for $42 offer - and they only sent 4 items. 5 items is built into the name of the order and they don't even send 5 items with the delivery driver. To compound our frustration, no one answers the phone for over an hour. I have had them be unbelievable rude in the store, and had them add a hot sauce drizzle to a plain cheese pizza for a child that was not requested FOR NO REASON. I have complained but never asked for or accepted compensation because I am not one of those people looking for something for nothing, but damn, we deserve it. If they actually make something right, it is good, but it is Russian roulette as to whether or not you will get what you order. There are many other pizza places around that are...
