No review I could write would do justice to how well Justin and the rest of his staff at Mr. Formal Wear took care of myself and the rest of my groomsmen. Justin is the owner and he personally went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, even offering to drive up from Clifton Park to our hotel in Saratoga to drop off an extra bowtie on the day of our wedding when he had 20+ other weddings to deal with that weekend. It just goes to show how important customer satisfaction is to them, and they truly knocked it out of the park. I decided to go with a local shop in the area as opposed to ordering my tux from one of the online retailers, and I would make the same choice 10/10 times. If you are unsure of where to rent your tux from, I can't stress enough to go to Mr. Formal Wear and you will not regret it. Every question or concern I had, Justin had an answer or solution for and not once did he get stressed, which made the process as smooth as could be. The items were quality and everything fit perfectly, and any changes that were needed Justin did them himself in 10-15 minutes which is incredible. My wife and I drove all over the capital district looking for a place to get suits for my groomsmen and I. As a t-shirt and jeans type of guy, I had no idea what I wanted. Most places were either unhelpful or pushy. Justin at Mr. Formal Wear, however, explained our options to us very clearly. The store had more of a selection than ones twice its size (understandable why they moved to a bigger location soon after) and we were able to put together our ideal outfit in a matter of minutes. Throughout the process we had to push our wedding back (stupid COVID) and expand our bridal party. None of this was ever a problem. There were times Justin even offered to open early or stay late to accommodate (I refused to make him do that). The rentals came out perfect, as did the suit I bought for myself. To say Justin and his team are incredible to work with would be an understatement. My suit, along with the groomsmen, fit perfectly for my wedding this past October. I did not have to wait on anything or stress about having everything ready for the wedding day. All clothing items were issued on the date that Justin had set. The hard work that this team puts into having everything perfect for the big day is unmatched. I had two groomsmen who lived out of town, both of which were accommodated for without any issues.

Justin is honest and will tell you the truth if something does not look right or will not photograph well; which I respect. He has a great eye and an awesome sense of style.
