The food here isn’t bad — the sambal sauce adds a nice kick and flavors are generally solid. But I didn’t see any cooking skills in the dishes and the overall experience feels dated. The interior has a persistent oily kitchen smell, and the decor looks like it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. The vegetables looks like they might be frozen — both the cut and choices remind me of supermarket stir-fry packs, even though they taste fresh (and a bit raw). Service is impressively fast (maybe too fast?) with food arriving within a minute, which makes me wonder how much is pre-prepped. Dinner is bit pricey for the portion and quality.

I don't know if it is cuz I tasted actually Japanese food (In Japan for 4 years) but the sushi was not it. I don't know where they got that water but ... after the first sip I didn't have any. The service was nice, polite and patient.

Shusi, (Dragon) the smell right away was weird, nothing repulsibe but not good at all, the taste was okay but the built of it was messy, when trying to pick it up it with the chopsticks, it would just brake (4 of the 8 pieces broke).

Fried rice, presentation 3/5, taste 3/5, temperature 5/5. One of the issues I had, it was the oil, (mostlikely personal preference) quite excessive, but this is kind of normal, the ones on Japan in the other hand didn't present such a amount of oil, (pretty sure it was butter instead).

And the price it is a bit expensive (just for this selection of food), but for the location, and the street it is in, it is reasonable I guess.

Conclusion, I will give another shot if near, and try to get that lunch special. Other than that,...

My favorite sushi / pan-Asian restaurant anywhere. I have eaten here / ordered from here more times than I can count.

The special rolls are out of this world. Try the Scarsdale, tiger, kiss of fire, volcano, And triple 3. They have an amazing variety of apps, including outstanding soft shell crab. They also have fabulous hot dishes. The crispy orange beef, for example, is the best anywhere.

Ask if they have fatty tuna. Sometimes people like me eat it all before you arrive...

They deliver to the whole area: reliably and promptly. They have never messed up an order or taken a frustratingly long time.

If I could award a sixth...
