Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Town of Fishkill

September 24th 7:10-7:15pm (Please check security footage behind counter, I am under the impression one of your employees is tampering with your customers ice cream and another is accomplice to it) I would give a 0 star. My friend and I go to get ice cream, three employees working, 2 up front. I smile and incline my heat to both girls up front and am ignored although they are clearly unoccupied. We both wait patiently, finally a girl who had obviously been busy in the back comes up to the front in a hurry and one of the original two finally addresses me asking my order. She was very short with me and seemed very annoyed (rolling her eyes) when I asked for a milkshake. It took about 7-10 minuets for my milkshake to be prepared in which time there was quite a bit of giggling at the very end and I saw in the reflection of the glass door the girl remove a flat drink top from the milkshake and replace it with a domed one. She gave me little more than a grunt in return for my "Thank you, have a good night" when she gave me my drink but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt. When I walked outside my friend warned me that he heard the 2nd original girl say to the first who made my shake: "I can't believe you just did that!" so I threw it away. This is the first time I have felt the need to do that with food and I am quite upset as it was an expensive treat and it went completely wasted. All of these factors together make me believe that I was not wrong in believing my drink to be tampered with. I would suggest a review of security footage to confirm and that, if it is true, immediate action be taken in order to prevent any other patrons meeting with similar misfortune. I, for one, will not be patronizing this business...

I've been a customer since the Fishkill store opened but I'm through. I'm tired of the inconsistency of servings. Today I found that my usual order which normally costs me $12 & change is now $16 and change but neither cup was even close to full. I don't blame the kids working there though, I blame those managing the business for lacking emphasis during training new kids on providing value for the dollars customers spend. Update: I stayed away for a while although partially due to trying to eat healthier. They made this an easy decision today. I won't be back after paying $19.22 for two cups of ice cream. One love it cup with a little bit of pecans and a gotta have it cup with walnuts. $19.22??? This is unchecked greed which is becoming all too common in today's America....

First and foremost, I have not been to Cold Stone in a looooooong time. I always loved it and the plethora of combinations and toppings to satisfy any sweet tooth 😋 But, I have not been able to go. After stopping by this location, I am afraid of pending dentist visits because the service and ice cream were stupendous! 😁

Ashley (and another young lady) assisted my brothers and I. We were all very happy with what we picked out and how it was graciously prepared for us. We did not have to wait, although they had a packed house full of patrons ready 🍨 They were swift and efficient! Another plus 👌
